I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Vuly. Upon delivery, multiple boxes arrived in visibly poor condition--torn open, crushed, and inadequately protected. After unpacking the items, it became immediately clear that several components were damaged before use. Multiple metal poles were bent and scratched, some with visible dirt and markings that suggest prior use rather than a brand-new product. Several pieces also arrived with end caps already installed, which raised serious concerns about whether some items were previously returned, refurbished, or reused. This playset was intended to be a Christmas gift for my children. After spending a significant amount of money, the condition in which it arrived was both disappointing and unacceptable. The quality does not align with the premium standards Vuly advertises or the price paid. What has made this experience even more frustrating is the lack of response from Vuly's customer support. I have already reached out to report the damaged items and request replacement parts, yet I have received no response, acknowledgment, or follow-up regarding my complaint or dissatisfaction. At this point, I feel completely disregarded as a customer. Between the poor shipping condition, questionable quality control, and the absence of customer support, this experience has fallen far short of expectations. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Vuly to other families without serious caution. I truly expected far better from a company positioned as a high-quality, family-focused brand. read more

When I was first looking at a Vuly trampoline I emailed asking if a ladder came with it and a lovely lady emailed me back and said it doesn't but if I call, she might be able to offer me a discount on accessories. I held off but later on emailed back asking if I order, will they still be able to help me with the price. I got a reply off Dan who ended up adding the ladder to my cart for free, sent me a link to order by afterpay and was so lovely about it all. The process was so fast and easy and I swear it wasn't like the usual having to chase up items or answers, they were intuitive and were there to provide the very best service. The trampoline came so fast and I watched the YouTube video by Vuly to set up. I realised that I may need an anchor kit and went online to look and added to Cary and realised it was $25 postage. Later that day One of the staff called and saw I was looking at the anchor kit and that I had already received the trampoline and said they would waive the shipping costs and I paid for the anchor kit over the phone. Everything was just so easy and streamlined and I felt like this was the best customer service I have ever had. The trampoline is great quality although the ladder has been a bit difficult to set up because the instructions didn't match the contents of the box but I'm sure they'll be happy to help once I email them. I'm (according to some of my friends) arguably the least DIY guy in Tasmania. But I was determined to build this myself - I did manage to put together a Vuly trampoline several years without too much difficultly. Some sections on the Small Quest 2 Pro took longer based purely on the fact that the size of tubes were not always a perfect fit. For example attempting to connect the H7 tubes (in section 6 of the frame assembly stage) proved difficult as the H7 tubes didn't insert easily into the cross joiner as they were slightly too large. And by this I mean I had to basically bash them in with a mallet, which ultimately pushed the rubber casing on the end of the tubes inwards. I also had an issue with putting together the monkey bars in that three of the bars were missing the threads for the nuts to screw into - this was quickly and efficiently rectified with a warranty claim. At the time of review (I've only constructed to step 21 in section 4.5 due to requirement on storing with neighbours to hide from kids leading into Christmas) the instructions themselves are ultimately easy to follow, albeit watching the youtube video can make you feel inadequate with how easy they make it look! Can't wait to finish assembly on Xmas Eve and see the kids' faces the next morning. I have no doubt this will be a great addition to the trampoline. read more

My wife and I had set aside some funds for a trampoline for the children for when we move in to a new house. We were in a smaller town house at the time not to far from the Vuly HQ. I had initially been recommended by a friend that Vuly trampolines were a great quality Australian Built trampolines. When he told me the price I was gobsmacked and thought they were very overpriced. As I did more research I found that that the price was only slightly above similar builds. After finding a really good price in their online store We went ahead with the Thunder model. The build was not to complex, I watched an online video once and just read the instructions during the build and managed to build with a single person. The order arrived in 6 days from placing the order. I had to phone support before dispatch to have an accessory added to the order and it was easily added to the order and arrived at the same time. My other gripe other than the price is that I was a little disappointed in researching deeper that the units are built in China rather than Australia. Time will tell on the quality of the build but I could not find another manufacturer that had a better warranty than the 3 years. read more

Unlike the recent Bledisloe cup result, the Aussies do trampolines better than the Kiwis. Our family owned the other brand of "Spring-less" tramp for many years, but it simply wasn't up to the test of our growing family. All our frustrations with our previous trampoline have been solved with the Vuly. The Vuly legs shed water, which avoids rust (the other tramp frame was literally on its last legs after staining our concrete with rusty water), there's zipperless entry (the zip on the other tramp ended up busted), tougher nylon netting (our previous tramp had undergone many repairs), plus a sun shade for active play anytime you need the kids to get outside. Lastly but certainly not least, tensioning the spring rods on the other brand of trampoline is a terrifying experience - with your face and/or nether regions next to the rod as you have to muscle the damn thing in. The Vuly comes with a large lever tool, so you can assemble with ease (and your face/teeth/everything else well clear) - this also helps resale, as anyone who has assembled or disassembled the other brand will stay well clear. The Vuly is simply a better design in all ways and I'm stoked we've moved up! read more

Super happy!! Worth the money 100% I got the Vuly Thunder Trampoline in Medium size, with installation for my son's 2nd B'day. Easy online purchase, delivered within the week, with email updates and contacted by a person for installation ahead of time to organise a day and time for it to be constructed. Called the contact number with some questions and the lady on the other end was lovely and helpful. Trampoline was assembled quickly and is a huge hit with my son! Adults have been enjoying it too. We have heavy family members who can jump comfortably on the Trampoline and it feels secure that it won't break. It's heavy so you can't reposition the Trampoline by yourself after it's put together, but it also means it hasn't moved during this last crazy storm with gusts of wind up to 130km per hour. So super safe even in big storms! Also medium size is still very big, I am 178cm tall and can lay down on the Trampoline with room to spare while my son jumps around me. So glad I didn't get the large size that would have taken up the whole backyard! All in all an around wonderful experience purchasing with Vuly, im confident it will last too seems super sturdy. read more

I am very happy with our Vuly Thunder Pro Large trampoline. Excellent customer service and smooth online purchasing experience. Fast and courteous delivery. All parts were well packaged and labelled. Instructions are detailed and easy to follow. Quality parts used throughout design. Strong and sturdy with minimal movement or wobble. Significantly easier to assemble with two people when attaching mat to leaf springs. Ensure to follow the exact assembly order when attaching the mat, as described in the manual. The trampoline is heavy. If you ever intend on moving the trampoline you will need to purchase the wheel set. Wheels and levelling feet are easy to attach and operate. Tip: If you intend on using levelling feet and have also purchased the wheel set, attach the levelling feet to the trampoline after you have wheeled into place. By leaving the wheels on and levered into position the trampoline will be raised higher off the ground, which will give you more room underneath the trampoline to install the levelling feet. Striking and appealing visual design. This trampoline will provide your family with outdoor enjoyment for years to come. read more

With our Daughter's 8th birthday coming up, we were looking for a gift that she would love and have many many years of fun with. We saw an ad for the Vuly Monkey Bar set and all of the available accessories and thought it would be the ideal choice. One week after ordering, it was delivered to our door. Everything was packaged well for transport and all of the parts were here which made assembly simple. Attaching the shade cover was our only real struggle but we got there in the end and once pegged to the ground, it is all very stable. We ordered the Monkey swing and Bounce swing as well as the Netball ring. I plan to purchase the gym rings to add at Christmas as there is enough space for another accessory. The colours look great beside our Vuly trampoline and we are now the "fun house" for the neighborhood kids. The only negative comment from the girls is that the monkey bars become a bit slippery when their hands get sweaty in the heat of Far North Queensland. Best trampoline ever!!! We pre-ordered it as an early Christmas present for our family. It was recommended to us by friends. It arrived very quickly after pre-order release, and we dived right into putting it together. The instructions are easy to follow, recommend watching the video online too! Though a little time consuming, it didn't end in divorce proceedings like other flat packed items! It's extremely sturdy, and the look of complete joy and excitement on our toddlers face was amazing. It didn't skip a beat with hubby and I sitting on it with our daughter either. It has already provided hours of entertainment for the 3 of us, and we can tell by the sturdy build that it will last us for more kids and years of fun to come. We also got the beach buggy and the shade cloth for the trampoline, which helps protect us from the harsh QLD sun. Can't wait to try out the beach buggy. The only negative I can find is it is a little awkward to get in and out for us bigger 'kids' but it'll be fine once we get a hang of it I'm sure. 100% happy with our new large thunder trampoline. read more

I have been watching multiple families within my neighbourhood proudly erect their Vuly Trampolines for all to see. The brand is growing and I consider a good brand will be purchased by many which brought me to my decision to buy my littlies a 'jumpy-thingy' (it's called in their presence) for Christmas! Little did I know the house I'm in has been sold and I now have to find another house with a big enough yard!...I digress, back to company reviews... Vuly themselves, ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! Their deals are fantastic where I saved about $500 off of the package I had been eyeing off for months in preparation. The option to pick up from their warehouse was amazing and when I called to find out if the box/s would fit in my not-suitable-for-large-objects car, they were so helpful. I bought a vuly thunder size medium for my children as a Christmas present we were so excited we couldn't wait til Xmas so we set it up early. Being a single mum I had to pay a labourer to set it up for me , I got a springless trampoline thinking it would be easier for me to set up but I was so wrong it took me and my paid helper 5 hours to set up. Once it was set up the kids have been on it every day. My daughter who is two loves it and spends hours on there everyday and my son who is eight goes on it every afternoon after school..the only problem is I wish I had gone bigger as the kids can't jump together because the warning label says only one person can jump at a time. I wish I had got a large trampoline, instead of a medium..but other than that it it a lovely well made trampoline. We got accessories including a tent and a roof and I think that makes it more appealing because the kids think it's a cubby house. Excellent customer service received with my order of the trampoline, no pushy sales just great honest advice. I wasn't sure which trampoline to go with as they had a good selection but after I explained my needs to the salesman and he explained the benefits of each one the decision was easy. Although initially I thought the trampoline was quite expensive in comparison to others I'd looked at, overall you do get what you pay for and after seeing my friends who had bought cheaper versions and were torn and sun damaged within a year I thought the little bit extra was definitely worth it as I need this to last for years for the kids Delivery was quick and efficient and installation was a breeze, note to everyone it's definitely worth including the Installation build with your purchase as after watching Dom put this together in next to no time, we wouldn't have had a clue! We purchased the Ultra medium Trampoline online through Vuly and it was straight forward and easy. The delivery time was really fast and we were kept up to date regarding delivery. Assembly was fairly easy, just under 2 hours. We followed along with the YouTube video - pausing here and there. The fiddliest part is the springs. The shade canopy went on with ease but needed a ladder and best with two people so one is inside and one outside. It's actually larger than we imagined it would be but we have the room for it and it's a great size for our boys first tramp- ages 3 and 7. We added the step ladder and anchor pegs to the purchase. We all couldn't be happier and definitely recommend to friends and family. The quality is certainly there and what you would expect from a Vuly product. We chose Vuly because of this plus the great product range so we can buy additions down the track and also replacement parts if required. Very very pleased all round. THANKS VULY!!!!!! read more

Has paid for itself in a few days. My son LOVES his new trampoline. Many friends told us not to go for a superior product, so whilst this is a big investment, my son has been outside and jumping in the sunshine for at least 4 hours a day for the last week. Vuly has " interesting" customer service. I don't know if they even have an office or staff, or just use warehousing. Their customer service team are definitely external so you never speak too get emails from the same person. Note that you may get a "split" delivery eg. only some boxes come. But you won't get any tracking or delivery notifications so it's hard to know if it will ever be rectified, as above you can never speak to anyone who actually works there. We got 3 boxes two days after ordering and then 4 more boxes 3 days laters. We paid someone on Airtasker to put it together which I would strongly recommend to ensure safety and it was quick (just 2 hours). read more

We had adopted a Vuly from our neighbours several years prior so were already impressed with Vuly. When the time came to invest in our own trampoline for the kids, Vuly was at the top of our list and they did not disappoint. The website was extremely user friendly in terms of identifying the right style and size of trampoline for our needs. We also called and spoke a couple of times to the customer service team to discuss delivery and pick up options and they were awesome to deal with. They even gave us a better deal over the phone rather than through the website. We ended up picking up the XL Lift 2 trampoline with some accessories from their depot in Brisbane. The service from the depot was great! Fast forward to assembly...we hit a snag trying to figure out how to attach the skirt so a quick call to the help desk and they were able to talk us through it with ease. Highly recommend! read more

From the purchase to the setup, it was all a positive experience. Delivery from QLD to WA took less than 2 weeks, considering it was via freight delivery and the customer service was fantastic. Vuly have a really wide range of products and I was really happy with the small size trampoline we received for my daughters 2nd birthday. The quality is exceptional, and the setup was easy with the simple step by step videos made by the Vuly team. The only negative I have is the shade cover clips don't stay in place, however we just used some cable ties to secure it! We love our Vuly trampoline, and it's even better that we can jump on it with our daughter at the same time due to the weight rating (150kg).
