This should be a 5 star product. First, I will say I had very good experiences with customer service. I got someone on the phone every time and they were always helpful. FedEx messed up the delivery and Vuly helped me fix it quickly. I've seen other people with bad customer service stories, but that was not our experience. Shipping was also quick. We received everything in two drop offs with a few days of purchase. The playset is sturdy and really has a lot of cool features. So why only 4 stars? Well we opted to put it together ourselves and it really *shouldn't* have been overly difficult. What made it so? First, some of the threading for the screws and bolts was off. This made it really frustrating at times and made it take way longer than it should have. Then, the stabilizing tension rope was too short. No matter what we did, it just was not long enough. And I mean by 2 inches. Not even close. This is one of the great customer service times. The agent gave us a suggestion and said if it didn't work they would send us a new one. We tried what he said and it didn't work. Within 2 days I had a new rope. While that one was a bit closer, it still didn't reach. I honestly do now know what gives with this piece. Anyway, my husband got some extra parts at the hardware store and we made it work. Once the frame was assembled - that was the most PITA part - everything else was easy. The final thing is that we ordered the large set without the fort on top and I wish we had gotten the one with the fort. And unfortunately, it is not interchangeable. You cannot just add the forts on top. With how this is constructed, it seems like you should be able to do that and I'm sure it could be made to be modular in that way. That would really make it a superior product. So, in short, the playset is sturdy. It has a lot of great features. It's a giant pain to put together (and we are both pretty handy people, and this is not our first rodeo), but otherwise it is good playset. read more

The instructions are somehow worse than Ikea's notoriously bad instructions. This thing was purely assembled on vibes. Considering what I paid for it, you can definitely produce a multilingual instruction manual. The netting is cheap and it's already ripping at the seams. The rope ladders are poorly constructed and already fraying. The tension clips in the slide slip out of place every time you try to insert the feet; incredibly poor design. They holes are off by a fraction in an inch so they will not secure. read more

Although my kids love it, it's unfortunately not worth the price. In less than six months, we've already seen significant wear and tear from being outdoors. For the price we paid, I expected it to hold up much longer read more

Have yet to set it up, but the ordering process, communication and delivery have all been fantastic. Would recommend this company.

Ordered the Quest Treehouse+Add on Platform on June 1, 2026. It took a week for all the boxes to be delivered, which is fine, but then I wasn't contacted by the installation team for 3 more days and they couldn't come for three weeks. When they came, there were three issues: (1) one box of parts was damaged; (2) one box was missing completely; (3) one box was missing and a completely unrelated product was sent in its place. The installers helped submit a request for replacement parts and I called and emailed with customer service. Regarding the box that was never received, they refused to send a replacement until after they tracked what happened to the original shipment. I told them directly that this is not MY problem as the customer, but it took a full 10 days before I received that box. I then scheduled with the installer to come by and they weren't available for a month. When they came, on July 17, they discovered that one of the replacement boxes that was requested was STILL missing--they sent "Box 1 of 2," for whatever part that was, twice. The only positive thing I can say is that when I called the final time literally screaming, they quickly arranged to have all the now opened boxes picked up and processed the refund without problem. I was not willing to wait weeks for yet another issue to be resolved and find a place to store and protect dozens of opened boxes. I bought this for my son's birthday and wanted him to have it all summer. Well, summer is over, and we have no playset. I could not be more disappointed and will never recommend this company to anyone. read more

I ordered the Quest 2.1 Treehouse on March 8, 2026, and didn't begin receiving packages for the playset until May 28, and the packages are still missing the fasteners, nuts and bolts and support ropes. Its unclear whether these were inadvertently left out of the packages or if there is still another package that is delayed because the delivery has been piecemeal. I have sent three (3) different requests to Vuly's online support team. I have also been on hold with their phone support for long periods and I have left my number without a Vuly representative ever calling me back. Very disappointed with my experience. read more

It seemed strong but the shade cover broke in under a week, customer service has been unhelpful, they also will not take returns that have been open. It seems to me they know there is plenty of product flaws and they are not willing to stand by the product. The lady i spoke with said she'd request a discount and send me swings my kids may actually like but did not, instead she passed it to a Todd who has pretty much ignored parts he hand no excuse for. I would not recommend this unless you can take it apart evertime there is wind, rain, or anything. Wishing i went with the other company at this point. read more

Update on my earlier review: the trampoline had completed rusted out within 15-18 months of installation. The safety netting had also begun to perish, leaving large holes/tears in it. Looking back on initial review, my only positive was that the product APPEARED to be of high quality. It is not. I have since bought another trampoline from Big W and it is holding up far better than Vuly's offering for less than half the price. Avoid. read more

The parts seem fairly strong once fully assembled. The instructions were horrendous. I found myself unbuilding and rebuilding several sections because of inadequate directions and I am a pretty handy person myself having built many things in the past. The problem is this is made of fairly thick steel which is good, except for when the holes dont lineup. I had to finally resort to using my drill to fix holes which didnt lineup in several sections after fighting for hours to try and get them to align. Bigger problem was getting some of the parts to even connect to eachother. I am a very strong male, I needed several hours of banging parts with a heavy mallet with lumberjack type swings to make up for the misaligned cuts of the steel. One step was missed due to the poor instruction which I left to fix for another day. When I went back to disassemble two weeks later I noticed the screws in areas where I had no problem previously were already rusting. Unreal not to have adequately zinc coated screws on this set which would rust so quickly. Also several boxes arrived ripped open but luckily I was not missing any parts. The reason this even earned 2 stars is because my kids do like playing in the final product and it does seem pretty stable once I was able to makeup for the manufacturing shortcomings. read more

Did everything I could to ensure that this would be installed before Christmas Day and even miraculously had a Christmas Eve install date set up but when we went to confirm that we had everything before the set up, we were missing one box. The boxes were shipped one by one over a period of three weeks so it was hard to keep track of what we had and what we didn't have. Customer service has not been helpful whatsoever and we don't even know when we can expect this last box so our kids have been told they have a playset coming and we cannot tell them when it will be done even though it was their main Christmas present. The work that went into hiding each 60 pound box as it came one by one in the weeks leading up to Christmas was all for nothing. We are super disappointed and can only hope that the playset itself is not reflective of everything we've experienced so far with this company. read more

Site said everything was in stock but the tree house. Site said everything in stock would ship in 2 days. 2 weeks later nothing has shipped. Had to ask for ETA. Original departure was May 8 (2 weeks after the order was placed). Then I got a notification that everyting was out of stock and now my date is pushed back to the 18th... I had to reach out to get any of this information as I was expecting product to show up at my house and it did not. Now I am traveling and I am going to have to figure out who will be able to recieve the giant packages while I am out of town. This has been an absolutely horrible experience so far. I will continue to share my story. Hopefully it gets better and not worse. read more

I would strongly caution anyone considering a purchase from this company to pay close attention to our experience. We purchased the 360 Pro Max C3 swing set and spent nearly $2,800 on the set alone this does not include the additional cost of materials, labor, and installation. At over $6,000 invested, we expected a premium, safe, and reliable product. Unfortunately, the swing set we received has presented serious safety and stability concerns, including noticeable swaying and other structural issues. We reached out to Vuly Support immediately, provided detailed photos and videos, and waited four days for a response only to be asked for more of the same material we had already submitted. Despite clearly explaining the safety risks, we have been left in a prolonged "process" with no meaningful progress, no proposed solution, and what feels like unnecessary delays. At this point, we are simply requesting a fair resolution: either a replacement swing set that meets the safety standards promised, or a full refund. We want to believe this company stands behind its products and values its customers, and we are still hopeful they will do the right thing. We truly hope Vuly will address this promptly and restore our confidence both for our family's safety and for the integrity of their brand! read more

We purchased the vuly max 2.1 C3 for our 2yr old. Once setting up we had the seesaw, nest swing and baby/toddler swing, amazing quality materials which will last a long time. Great that the cubby set is mesh on the bottom so if it gets wet with rain or the sprinklers it dries quickly. Only downside is the colour black for the cubby set so it does get quite warm inside with doors closed on hot days. We have had a few issues with missing packages in the mail and missing items from the warehouse but the team has rectified it straight away and have been easy to communicate with in a timely manner/ including on the live chat over the weekend. Overall very happy with an excited toddler that wants to play on it all the time! read more

I purchased the large swingset in March, paid extra for installation but upon inspection of the install, the playset was not assembled properly or safely. After months of back and forth, a senior tech finally came out and ordered all new replacement parts. A third tech was sent out to repair the playset and he gave up after several hours, leaving the playset unfinished and unsafe. I have asked multiple times for a refund from Vuly and have been told no and merely offered for yet another tech to come out to rectify the situation. I have given up at this point and finally had the playset hauled away today. 2k down the drain! Terrible company, terrible product and terrible customer service. I'd give zero stars if I could. read more

Ordered a large play set 4/14/26 for ~$2,500 which is already a HUGE investment. 1.5 Months later no confirmation e-mail, no ETA, no follow up. Just a $2,500 hole in our account. Order #1849665 per the 1st time I reached out for assistance. read more

Ordered a swing set for my kids for Christmas but it did not arrive in time despite ordering before the cut off dates on their website and contacting them when it looked like they hadn't sent it. This is hands down the most unprofessional, incompetent group we've ever dealt with. We bought a swingset from Vuly, who contracted the installer, and they've done absolutely nothing to fix the disaster. The so-called "professional" showed up clueless, dumped hundreds of parts all over our yard, and cobbled it together in a way that was flat-out unsafe. No cleanup, trash everywhere, and despite coming back six different times it's still not right. On top of the terrible service, the quality of the playset itself is absolute trash. Pieces were scratched right away, are already rusting, and it's clear the product is built cheap. The boxes they promised to haul away are still sitting there, and the icing on the cake was someone showing up at my daughter's house and yelling at her -- completely unacceptable. Avoid Vuly and their contractors at all costs. The product is junk, the service is worse, and the way they treat customers is beyond disrespectful. read more

My niece wanted family members to give gift cards for her 3 boys birthdays and Christmas this year so she could get them a monkey bar/trampoline combo. I went to purchase the gift card and noticed they were adding tax. I was dumbfounded as it has never happened when purchasing other gift cards and I wasn't actually purchasing a product. I called their customer service line and explained the issue and the fact that they were essentially DOUBLE TAXING a single product (tax on cards AND when the product was purchased). Gentleman agreed it didn't seem right, would look into it and call me back. He called back and said there was no way to take the tax off and in fact was correct. I have informed my niece and she is now rethinking the purchase. How disgusting it is to double tax on a single product. Vuly should be ashamed. read more

I placed an order on August 22nd and I called to cancel it within the hour. We are more than 2 weeks past that date and I still have not received a refund. This is more than $2000. First they kept saying 5-7 business days then they extended it saying although I cancelled right away my refund wasn't approved until the 26th. Well here we are on September 4th without a refund. I am glad I went with their competitor. read more

My son fell bad. Please people stay away. You can see the date on the email and still there is no reply back from them... Before ordering the place that I was in conversation with the company. I was on top of everything because I knew that my lawn wasn't perfectly leveled. I was told my lawn has an incline of 2 to 3% which is fine. Even when installers came I told them if anything is off please let me know. They told me nothing they fix the entire structure, now the screws are coming off the whole set is wobbly and my son fell really bad. Finally today a guy came to repair and he told me that it's a hazard and he would not even touch it because from the first place it's not been done in the right way. From instant swing seat to monkey bar nothing was fixed properly... Please don't trust them, they're just selling the sets the reason they are on sale. I'm truly disappointed. From the very first person I called I inquired I ask to the people who came for fixing. Since the day they left I have been calling them chasing them every single day. read more

Not for sure where to begin. Such a bad experience with the company as a whole, after spending close to $3000. Not for sure if there is a management problem, but it goes all the way down to the warehouse. There were missing boxes, missing parts in the boxes, wrong accessories sent, being lied to...We have made 3 phone calls to get this all sorted out only to end up with more wrong boxes sent. Christmas was a huge disappointment for the kids, swing set with no swing and a quest that is still in the boxes. We have asked to talk with a manager, only to be told he would call us back. Still waiting for that phone call. Purchase from this company at your own risk. read more

Purchased one only to be hit with an additional 331 charge after paying 900 for an installation and told I can't install it on my own so basically the only option is to pay $331+900 but the 2600 or whatever the charge is for the items. Or just get a refund. I'm sorry but when take payment for all the above only to realize on the back end you may as a business sold something under what it needed to be you don't get to ask oh hey your still on the hoook for more money. No apology, no warnings on the site like not all installation charges are final it depends on if your in range or not. Then it's taken 2 weeks to get an actual response which is yeah you have to pay no let's work on it together, no our mistake this is what we can do. Just pay it, oh and maybe a manager will contact you, not sure read more

I ordered one of the trampolines with install services, paid almost 1k for it all total, was given the run around multiple times, never had an expected arrival, the trampoline has been sitting in my garage for a week and still no call from install. Save yourself the money and headache. The 1st trampoline we got from them lasted only a few weeks before "springless bars" started snapping & I had to file the 1st warranty claim. They sent a new one saying it was a "manufacturer defect & super rare" and then had their people install for the hassle, and the same thing happened to the new one about 6 weeks in. This time they said their installer had installed it wrong, and would be in touch before Christmas (a few weeks away). I had to follow up multiple times over the next 6 weeks, they gave me the runaround on the replacement parts and ended up only sending a small amount of springs and basically said they weren't responsible any longer as we were outside of warranty. The design is poor to begin with and the lack of standing behind such an expensive trampoline is appalling- stick with the springs and if you want excellent service and a solid trampoline design go with West Coast Jump- they had our little bouncing again in 24 hours after this nightmare. read more

Vuly - This is the "replacement trampoline" 6 weeks after receipt...same issue as the 1st one. - Outdoor Gear Near Me - Wakerley, QLD

Our kids really enjoy the playset itself, but dealing with customer support has been a frustrating experience. At first, support seemed helpful, but things went downhill after family members purchased gift cards so we could expand the playset for our kids' birthday. The main issue is that the system only allows one gift card per transaction. We now have more gift cards than items the kids want, which makes it nearly impossible to use them efficiently. When I contacted customer service, I was told the cards needed to be verified to ensure they weren't fraudulent. I provided every piece of information requested--except the last four digits of the cards, which I felt was unnecessary. I asked why, if the cards were suspected of being fraudulent, they were still valid on the company's website. No one could answer. I also questioned why I could spend $3,000 on a playset without issue, yet to combine gift cards I'm forced to go through hoops and delays. Again, no clear explanation was given. This has been nothing but a headache, and once this issue is resolved, I do not plan on dealing with this company again. It's disappointing, because all we wanted was for our kids to enjoy their playset without unnecessary complications. read more

I have been extremely disappointed with the product and company. The very expensive playset that we bought came damaged, loud, and missing parts. Vuly have honestly got the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I ordered my childrens Christmas present over a month before Christmas and it took them over a week to send it then still didn't send it when they said they had and then it got lost and no one would take the time to follow it up, you can't contact the tracking company and the people on the phone at Vuly were utterly useless. It arrived last minute one day before Christmas after still no communication or support from vuly. we set it up and it didn't even line up properly on the ladder. Quality is okay but not great. 100 % Will not buy from again! read more

Terrible customer service!! Thought I was getting in early for Xmas, ordered on 6th November. After several shipping delays, no response from vuly, unanswered emails, my order was delivered on Xmas eve. I managed to assemble our medium ultra trampoline with net and shade cover mostly on my own in about three hours. I did have to pull everything apart and reassemble as one of the frame pieces wasn't quite right - I'd recommend reading the instructions first to get an idea of what's going on. putting the net on was by far the most infuriating part as the little clips are so strong! If you're installing shade cover, be aware that the top section of the pole padding is to be taken off, before the net and cover are installed! ordering was easy, delivery super fast, and the weight limit is great! ee we purchased during a good sale and value for money seems great. We look forward to many years of fun read more

Bought a Large Vuly Quest 2 Pro (outdoor play equipment) in November 2024 as a Christmas present for our kids. Most of the unit was delivered before Christmas, but due to safety recalls the flying fox was delayed until January. Vuly delivery/shipping notification process? 1 star. Got dozens of emails with different dates of "your item is preparing, your item has shipped, etc, etc". All had different numbers and we never knew for sure when it was actually coming. This was repeated with the late flying fox delivery, they definitely have IT/process issues here. Product Packaging? 1 star. Large number of seemingly randomly numbered/labelled boxes. Lots of plastic wrapping, styrofoam, etc. Not environmentally friendly at all. Product assembly? 1 star. None of the parts are labelled in any way (even with stickers), and they are spread throughout various boxes without an obvious pattern. A lot are very similar in appearance and you have to constantly refer to the manual to work out which part is which. These guys could learn a lot from Lego or Ikea. The paper assembly manual that comes with the product is hopeless, and you absolutely MUST watch the youtube videos that they email you after purchase - otherwise you will probably get very angry and frustrated (trust me on this) and the install will take way longer than expected. Because of poor marking/illustration in the manual (could easily be fixed with some colour, labelling, or emphasis) we mixed up two similar parts and had to partially disassemble the structure to correct the error. They quote an install time of about 2-3 hours, I think it took my friend and I (two adult males) about 6 hours including the re-work. There's very little give in any of the parts (particularly the fabric walls/ceiling), the finish of the parts is inconsistent (e.g. holes don't always align, and some parts have extra burrs that weren't removed prior to shipping) and I had to resort to using a wood file and trailer ratchet straps at a couple of steps to make things work. Oh and relevant note - NO SPARES. IF you misplace any screw, nut, bolt or other widget - you're out of luck. Fly Fox? 2 stars. It's so over-engineered for safety that there's no fun left. It's the most-expensive add-on for the Quest 2 Pro, and was the reason why we bought the Quest 2 Pro over the Ninja Quest 2 Pro, and it really REALLY SUCKS. Final Assembled Product? 4 stars. It's sturdy, and once you paint over all the metal-deep marks on the finish from assembly it shouldn't rust and should last for ages. But take it from me, pay for professional assembly (and make sure they dispose of the packaging) it will save your a lot of grief. read more

Great design & product. Assembly was a bit confusing with parts not being labelled on the actual part. Now it's assembled and the children are loving it.
