They told me no more trips until the next day. The bus driver said bad words to my dad in Vietnamese. I tried to call customer service to ask for a solution to that problem. They said they can not do anything for me. They only give me the voucher to use for the next time. Unbelievable, really the worst service, their fault, but they don't have any responsibility for that. They left the guest in Los Angeles and don't have any solution to support them. I have to change my plan and everything to help my dad go back home.

It was easy to figure out how to get to the platform I needed and there's lots of signage to help find where you need to go. So you can give your Uber or Lyft driver this pickup or drop-off info. This bus stop has no shelter, so it's totally uncovered. But, it faces across from the Salesforce Transit Center, that's within walking distance. There is a small seating area that's about 20 feet away, but it's more like a block of concrete you can sit on. It's a one-way street, but traffic is very busy in this area. MUNI buses also runs on the island right across from this stop. There can be some transient folks around, but it's the nature of the downtown area. Mostly safe area and lots of traffic all around.

It does give you enough time to do main attractions. There is a bit of walking from each stop to go to main attraction. Some stops have multiple. The reason for 4 star was because bus only goes one way, for which if you want to go back you will have to go through all the stops before getting to the desire destination.
