It is with great regret that I am writing a negative post on Yelp. I have been a background Yelp user and reviewer for many years. This is the first lowest scale possible negative Yelp review I have written. If you would like a clearer and more comprehensive account then please check with the Sacramento Association of REALTORS and Better Business Bureau (wherein VRG isn't rated) or email me direct. There is a Code of Ethics that real estate professionals must abide by and is searchable by "Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS" and I do not believe the co-owner Jesse Crawford has read it. I cannot, nor will I, speak of the ethics of his wife Julie because I have not met her nor have I had any dealings with her throughout the process of my recent home purchase transaction with Visionary Realty Group (AKA: VRG Property Management). My transaction was with Jesse Crawford directly and involved breaches of trust, blatant and deliberate lies, withheld information, misinformation and unnecessary financial transactions which were initiated, Further, basic services that I have been offered by other real estate firms which are customary and commonplace were offered on a limited basis, however, not followed through on to the point of being offensive. Most were never mentioned, less offered. Such as the extensive documentation trail of the transaction. Nothing delivered. I had to go to the seller's broker over and again to get the proper procedures done. If I had sat back and trusted my broker representative at VRG I would have lost the home. No doubt in the minds of the professionals whom I consulted about the lack of service, and beyond that, the transaction required fixes and corrections to the work of VRG that guaranteed failure if intervention had not been had. Bottom line, it's your choice. These accounts are my experience. Jesse Crawford offers a very unique silver tongue and lack of integrity that one could easily be fooled by. Ethics and Integrity go hand in hand and when one is missing you can bet the farm that the other will not appear either. Judge for yourself before doing business with this group. I cannot imagine that with all of the blunders and obvious mistakes made that I am the only person or party to have gotten the poorest service level out of a professional service company that was generously paid for in the thousands of dollars to provide. This review sounds like it is of a personal nature. The intention of this review is to provide you the consumer with a "buyer beware" clause before you enter into an agreement that could cost your time, effort (frustration), and hard earned money. I found the home without assistance which I purchased. I made the decision to have Visionary Realty Group (VRG) represent my interests and contracted them to complete the transaction. I am pleased with my purchase of the home. I'm certain that I would have been far more pleased if my professional services were delivered by VRG and I didn't have to fight my through the entire transaction in order to get the job done, which does not constitute service in my option at all. read more
