I opened Yelp and figured I'd be lucky to find a mobile tire service that wouldn't make me wait all day and rip me off too badly - Rob was absolutely AMAZING. He stopped what he was doing and got there in 15 minutes, he charged a very reasonable amount, and better than that, he's a legitimately good human being, in a world where they're increasingly hard to find. On a day when everything seemed to be going wrong, finding Rob was a godsend. If you're like I was that day, stuck somewhere and scrolling Yelp wondering which one of all these mobile auto services to call, Rob is the guy you're looking for - stop scrolling and call!!

I found the yelp and google reviews of E&J and I was able to make a next day appointment (which is fantastic since it is about to be 100 degrees for the next five days). When I dropped my car off, the mechanic Justin suspected a refrigerant leak. Only a couple of hours later I received a call stating that I needed to have my expansion valve and compressor replaced. While this is not optimal, Justin explained my options and gave me an extremely reasonable price. Even with the additional work, my car was done the next day. My air is ice cold now and my kids aren't sweating! Big thanks to Erin and Justin and I am happy to have such a great local mechanic.

I gave him my keys and he said give me an hour and I'll give you a diagnostic and price. I left for an hour not even an hour and he called me to let me know what my diagnostic was and I told him go ahead and fix it. He and his assistant mechanic work very thorough and very adamant about doing good work even hearing him scream and holler because I didn't go anywhere and I was kept Company by his wonderful assistant Megan. Who kept me company in the office while I waited for my car because I didn't want to catch a Uber or Lyft at home I wanted to be out because I had been out for a while. They were very accommodating they had water juice soda if you needed it and I was not surprised by how good his work is he was very thorough he gave fair pricing he explained everything to me which I love and that's why I don't have a problem paying for good service. I'd already did the numbers when it came to what needed to be fixed and what might be wrong with my car and I was very satisfied with his work. I have deemed him my mechanic. I didn't want to leave this review because if I leave a good review y'all will take up all his time and I won't be able to get a hold of him but I can't cheat him out of getting more business because he is excellent him and his assistant were very good at taking care of my car and making sure that I drove out of there with satisfactory work. His motto is if I got to see you 2 weeks from now then I didn't do a good job. I recommend him and I'm giving him 10 Stars sincerely Miss Lisa
