NW is easily one of the best contractors I've ever used, and I'm 64 years old and, for 15 years, used to be in the trades myself. They're everything the profession requires to be considered great: expert, timely, honest, knowledgable, and easy to work with. All in all they possess what is needed to be called "highly professional". They upgraded my home's service (a big job), and also did smaller work like installing outlets and lights. Everyting went perfectly, was on time, on budget, and completed expertly. I can't recommend them too highly. First rate. Excellent. Easily a five star rating.

We highly recommend to anyone in Southern Connecticut seeking high-quality, creative, and…read moreaffordable electrical work in your home to get in touch with Ted and his crew of professionals at Nextwave Electrical Contractors, LLC. You will find nothing short of pure excellence in electrical repair, design, and customer service. Throughout our project, Ted, Luis, and the whole Nextwave team were responsive to our every inquiry (and we had a lot of constant questions). As the project got underway, Ted and the Nextwave team took care of all of the interfacing needed with the general contractor so we didn't have to worry about a thing with regard to the coordination needed between the general contracting team and the electricians. We wanted to be sure we stayed on a good budget for us and Ted and Nextwave were very aware of this, keeping us apprised to the overall costs every step of project. We really appreciated being allowed the opportunity to decide on the price point for things "in the moment" rather than seeing them on the invoice later, or missing out entirely on the chance to buy something better over a cheap one another electrician might have just installed without asking. Nextwave checked with us on all items, including giving us a bunch of options and ideas on fans, switches, dimmers, and their locations on walls, etc., to provide the best configuration possible in our space. We also really appreciated other creative suggestions Nextwave made on all aspects of our lighting design. The results are simply amazing and their work literally transformed our old home from having dark, under-lit rooms throughout to a beautifully-lit, warm environment with well thought-out use of switches and dimmers. All that and our energy bill will be significantly reduced as a result of the complete conversion to LED lighting (again, owing to Nextwave's design suggestions!). The house also feels so much safer as a result of the replacement wiring installed throughout the home. We couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend Ted and all the professionals at Nextwave Electrical Contractors LLC for your next lighting project. They truly are a skilled, dedicated, and trusted outfit.

And it didn't cost an arm and a leg! A friend had recommended Lucibello and we're glad they did. Definitely will be calling them the next time we need electrical work.

I reached out to four other electricians in the area and none were accepting small residential projects. Several never called back. On the flip side, Peter has been willing to come by to provide quotes for any job from adding a light switch to installing a full home generator. He wore an N95 mask or a full respirator each time he came. He tells you exactly when you can expect him to arrive, when you'll hear back with a quote, etc. He works over phone call and email. I wish all contractors for projects were this communicative. I would recommend Pace Electric Service to anyone looking to build a relationship with a local electrician!

After searching and calling a many other services without any success, we finally received an immediate response from Robert, the owner of Professional Electrical Services, who patiently listened to us, explained what needs to be done for safety, and then said that he will come first thing in the morning next day to evaluate the problem. Next morning he was here as promised, and said that the whole panel needs to be replaced. He provided us with a price quote which was fair for us and much less, comparable to other similar services in the industry. On Saturday, the team arrived before the specified time, and work was finished as planned; they were knowledgeable, and installed the new circuit quickly and neatly and at the quoted price. It was done the way it should be by competent contractors, so we were able to return to normal life fast. Robert and Zach are very professional and easy to work with; very responsive and helpful: they understand the situation and care to help as soon as possible. They were happy to spend an additional time and explain anything we need. We really lucked out finding these services. Very Good Electricians and Very Good People!
