They said they only take returns for 10 days. So now I'm stuck with an extra speed ring that I don't need. I don't understand companies that don't allow returns. What you don't want my business again? You're just in it for the "one sale"? You don't think I have a thousand other places to buy the item? On Monday, I submitted a project request on Yelp for a residential electrician to convert a normal…read morereceptacle to a dedicated 20amp receptacle for a sauna that has yet to arrive. A few companies responded. One company was booked until September while another company declined. A third company was able to show up the same day to measure and provide an estimate. MacVane Electrical was the fourth company to reply but was the quickest to provide an estimate after I texted pictures of the circuit boxes as well as an approximate distance. I was hesitant due to lack of online reviews. Phil (Sr.) quickly responded in the same evening with an estimate as well as a commitment to show up the next day to do the work. Phil (Jr) arrived the next day (Tuesday) as promised along with Ray, and both got the work done in about 2 hours. Both are super nice guys. Turns out Phil and his father started the company just 6 months ago, hence there are few to no reviews online. They are friendly, clean, and thoroughly explained the work that needed to be done. Phil Jr was so thorough that after he finished and left, he called the sauna company to verify the type of plug the sauna required. He then came back an hour or so later to replace the receptacle to the correct type. I highly recommend MacVane Electrical Services for your residential needs and will be using Phil and his company in the future.
