A big fat ZERO. I am going to hire a lawyer for failing to move my money as promised since 05/25/22, to no avail.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I was unable to chose this company as this was the one the City of Los Angeles Department of Water and Power uses. I have been trying to withdraw MY money from this company for months now and it is always another issue. No one is able to help when I call, I'm just cited their procedures. Case in point, I was trying to change my address, couldn't do it without a PIN. They have to SEND you a PIN. Round and round and round I've been with this company. Definitely not customer friendly. Absolutely horrible! They made an error on my paperwork and it took them a week to mail out the request for me to complete the proper form and they didn't include a copy of the same form that I had already completed a month earlier. Their use of regular 1st class mail is really poor service, how very 1980's of them. A simple email and I would have been happy to send the form to them and prevent the two week delay costing me between $200 and $300. They sent me an unsigned letter from them and a supervisor explains the letter came from Voya. Really, can I talk with Voya? Really sloppy for a big financial institution. Letters should have a person or at least, general contact information. Trying to reach them on the phone is difficult enough with their phone system.....one solid loop of requests for information with no way out except to press zero. Once I received their letter I responded immediately and even spent an additional $27 to expedite my return mail to them to fix their mistake. I would have been happy to scan and email the form but that is way ahead of Voya's system. Voya, if you are listening, my case number is t180208077u4. You have my phone number and email. Since this is the administrator of an employer Deferred Compensation account, I have no easy way out but I certainly hope they move away from Voya as soon as possible. If Voya take responsibility for this error, I'll post an update. Please look at my other Yelp reviews, it takes really poor service to earn a one star review from me. Received incorrect plan administration information from a customer service representative. When I called to address the issue, at 1st it was minimized, until I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor provided me with an extension that has no voicemail and he doesn't answer. He did leave me a voicemail as promised, but didn't relate to the tapes that was to be pulled and listened to and didn't reimburse me for the $30 out of pocket expense based on incorrect information provided. Needless to say based on the bad customer experience received, I won't be using their financial advice service. Receiving incorrect information and not able to have bidirectional communication isn't state-of-the-service that one would expect in today's financial industry. Stay away. If you are a plan administrator looking to contract with this organization, at least ensure the staff are trained, they have voicemail setup for communication and if a caller presses zero to connect to a live person ensure it doesn't keep looping to automated prompts. read more
