So came here to see Charles and he was not here, but if you would like a free copy of his book you…read morecan pick it up here. I called it Charles Swag! (Humor!) anyways.... Actually needed to get some information about setting up a little account for a grandchild and how that would work etc. The folks here are very nice and full of great information. If you have investing concerns or tax sheltering questions they have Certified Financial Planners that are available to advise you and help with those muddy waters of IRA's or 401k's or BMI's.....no I think the gym helps with that one, but the investment associated here can certainly provide you with the tools and information you need to make the right investment decisions. If you feel a need for a snack while your waiting, they have a primo kitchen area full of goodies and drinks to choose from and.....they even offer you more snacks. Disregard the Fidelity Investments commercial on the TV, which I thought was hilarious and inappropriate laughter started coming from me. I guess you can't block cable news.

I had a very disappointing experience with this wealth management company. From the beginning, I…read morewas treated with a level of disrespect that was both surprising and unacceptable. Instead of being welcomed as a potential client, I felt as though I was looked down on and treated like a peasant. Their attitude came across as arrogant and dismissive, making it clear that they judged people based on their own assumptions rather than showing basic courtesy and professionalism. Respect should be the foundation of any client relationship, regardless of a person's financial situation. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. I would not recommend this company to anyone who expects to be treated with dignity and respect. There are plenty of wealth management firms that value every client and understand that professionalism costs nothing.

If the owner actually read my review they would have addressed the rude behavior and attitude of their manager but instead wanted to attack my skill level and justify the on the spot interview I had and like I SAID BEFORE I HAD ZERO TIME OR PREPARATION. On top of this the owner has displayed their petty behavior and replying to the issue in a "timely" manner of FOUR MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will double down in saying DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS AND WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Straight up petty and immature!
