I sold one of our vehicles and when I reported it was sold and sent the proof of sale, I was told that we didn't have insurance on the car so I proved from our policy we did. The next day, someone called and told my wife we had never had insurance on the vehicle, though we had proof of payment. I emailed Mr. Bogani and he replied promptly telling me that the policy for that vehicle had been cancelled per our request after we sold it. I thought, "mystery solved" Two days later, we received another call telling us we never had a policy on the car because we hadn't paid our bill. I sent proof of the policy and proof that the premiums had been paid to Mr. Bogani and never received a reply. I resent the same email 3 days, no reply. That was 3 months ago and we've never received a reply. Communication is important!
