Coming from California to Florida was a difficult task in and of itself, and buying a home in a market that is "hot" from 3,000 miles away would have been impossible without Tara. We can't say enough good things about her in this short little review. Professional, patient, thorough, courteous, willing to go the extra mile are just a few things you can expect from her. We took nearly 2 years to make this happen, and we bought our home without ever physically seeing it in person. When we arrived for the first time we were completely overwhelmed, Tara had totally exceeded our expectations!! We've bought and sold several homes over the years, and Tara is by far one of those few "Shining Stars" that you find once in awhile. Thank you Tara for all you did for us, we absolutely LOVE our new home!!

We truly believe they had our best interests at heart, and they worked really hard (even late at night) to ensure that we literally received everything we wanted. I had a bizarre schedule at the time, and both were extremely accommodating to seeing houses based on my schedule. Plus, I always had TONS of questions--which were never an issue for them! At one point they even found a house that had every single item on my "checklist", BUT, it still didn't feel right to me. When I rejected it they didn't even blink an eye, just hit the trail again! Truly, there's no stress or pressure when they are at the helm, and we never felt like we were on a 'pushy used car lot' when we spoke with them, unlike other realtors we met. Jeanie and Ann are incredibly honest and trustworthy, they moved quickly, were very flexible with our sometimes rigid schedules and preferences, are excellent and fast communicators, and worked tirelessly to successfully find us the right home. We cannot imagine how anyone will regret having them as real estate agents. We are so thankful we found them!!

The best decision we made was hiring 813-TODD to buy and sell our home!

Now I'll be completely honest when we were told over the phone that we were getting handed off to Zach back in July I was hesitant, because, we were told he was young and he was a Florida Gator . The Rocco Group must be doing something right , because the difference in Zach after he joined them was evident. It was like he left the Florida Gators to play Football for the Georgia Bulldogs . Coach Sarah Rocco took this young man and turned him into a champion realtor, got a question? , he had the answer and if he didn't , he found the answer for you PDQ. We were always in the loop and his Professionalism was always next level, we are very grateful for having Zach McCrary come into our lives and very thankful for the Rocco Group.
