We asked Susan to show us a property we were interested in that was just listed. We needed to be first in line to see the listing because we were interested in making an offer. The place was listed for more than we were comfortable with paying. Susan did some research and contacted the owner. Using comparisons she was able to convince the owner to drop the price by almost $10,000.00. Once the price was adjusted we made an offer and it was accepted. Once it was accepted she was able to recommend the contractor who we ended up hiring to renovate our apartment he did a great job and was very reasonable. She was also able to get us a fairly substantial rebate from a government program for military families that we had no knowledge of. Susan was reliable, honest, well informed, and with us every step of the way on our purchase. I highly recommend Susan, she worked hard for us and I trust her implicitly.

I would not recommend this business. While this is a small town you want to have a realtor you can…read moretrust. Every time I turn around I find out more instances where I was lied to and if I could, I would take them to court. For when you are buying a home you need to have trust. They are smooth talkers and have done a lot of business in this town but when the foundation is built on lies...well need I say more. The other thing that I find very interesting is that they themselves don't own a home here. I checked the property records. When I meet them they were renting. They are obviously still renting just making a tidy profit selling. But not willing to really any skin in the game. The real estate industry here is full of the good olde boys and girls. If you try to sell your home without one of them they don't want to show it to a client (they tag team and only sell within their own groups) I had that happen when I asked about a home which was for sale by owner, he refused to show it to me. I reget I didn't pursue it on my own. Another thing that happens if one of their group is not interested your home might sit for a year. I was also told that homes could not be architecturally changed (which is not necessarily so). There is HARB part of the city you go talk with them about historic homes. But they knew that. Didn't share the info. I was told they asked the neighbors about purchasing additional square feet on their adjoining property (neighbors never had that conversation with anyone). The seller's relator never showed up even at closing. My relator had a friend who worked for the builder. I saaid I didn't Ike the reviews oof the builder. I was told not to worry. I was lied to. I could go on and on. My advice find a company in Jacksonville.

We always received personalized attention, and while I know I was not their only customer, they made us feel like we were their only customers. In buying and selling homes with this team, I am most impressed by their professionalism and the level of customer service. With other agents I felt like I was just a process or one of hundreds of other customers the agent had, but they tailored the real estate experience to match our needs, our work schedules, our level of understanding the market, and most of all understood what we were looking for and worked to find it. They have as much time to offer as was needed to answer questions, never rushing us. They guided us through the buying and selling process, and were available at any time and any day we needed them. If you want the best service, support and a team that knows the real estate business, then look no further! You won't be disappointed.
