We had a contractor do work on our house to repair the outside, bottom walls of our basement and they only completed 1/2 of the job. Although they finished the actual basement and outside wall work, they left our yard a total mess and never replaced the cement porch they removed to do the lower wall work. They were also going to do grading in the front yard to address puddling and never did, and they didn't do any of the landscaping they were supposed to complete. Our yard was a disaster. TCT Property not only did a wonderful job with the grading of our front yard, they also did all of the landscaping and seeding in the front and back yard, pipe work to address the puddling, and replaced the cement porch within about 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 weeks. Their price was very reasonable, and they are professional and reliable with everything they do. I would highly recommend TCT Property Enterprises to anyone looking for a contractor. Despite the patio not being treated before winter, then when they did come out it was a terrible finish and another company corrected. The patio is not level in a couple areas and the custom stamp and cuts they made in the patio were not lifted up causing a bubble like look. Also, while completing the project, I called in numerous times to complain, I would have people come out at the end, but after several services calls and nothing accomplished, I finally stopped fighting and said I would leave a review. The estimate was very thorough and the workers cleaned and hauled the construction debris after they were done. I would only accept highly rated companies with good reviews and an A+ BBB rating which came down to ~4 companies. I had planned on getting a few estimates and going from there. I honestly don't know why I chose to call CWS first, but I did, my call was taken by a wonderful lady whose name I cannot recall but she scheduled me immediately with Jeff. Well, I'll tell you, Jeff was excellent, he gave me honest assessments and helped me figure out what I needed, not what he could sell me. I had several requirements which he listed to and gave me honest, educated advice for all of them. Several weeks later my materials had been delivered, and we set up the date. The crew arrived on time and went straight to work after a brief conversation; I believe the crew chief was Daniel. The crew did an excellent job and listened to all my concerns, I had zero issues with them, they were great and did excellent work. In closing I will say, for the siding work I had done, and I've had siding done twice before, these guys were the best by a mile.
