Recently I needed to find a very good, honest, effective, and competent attorney to help with a…read moremortgage problem. After a week searching on the Internet, checking reputations, backgrounds and cases - you name it - I checked it - I found Pamela Simmons in Soquel. She was able to cut to the chase and provide me with a satisfactory solution in 1 hour and 15 minutes. Pamela does all of the things that really good attorneys do: She receives awards, such as the 2011 Distinguished Alumni Award from Lincoln Law School, where as a student she was editor of law review. She publishes articles, conducts seminars for other attorneys, and provides free programs for consumers and victims of financial fraud or bad loans to study. She has a great background, including time spent as an Assistant D. A. prosecuting financial crime. Most important to me after all the professional criteria is that she really cares about her clients - we're more to her than a meal ticket to a five star restaurant. Another great thing about Pamela is that her partner, William Purdy, is similarly qualified, and he's a tax law expert. Taxes and financial problems go together like chile and indigestion - so it's a really good thing to have a team that can work both ends of the problem. I would like to add, for what it's worth, that I mean everything I've written here and it all comes from the heart - I was one of her clients and she really helped me in a big way. Furthermore, I worked as a litigation software designer and consultant for 20 years. That's 20 years hands-on experience of lawyers and the law. So, in my not-humble opinion, if you've got a serious mortgage loan, tax or other financial problem, Pamela Simmons is a very good person to look to for help.

Tamara will keep you sane and covered because she knows health insurance better than anyone. What I find most valuable about Tamara and her team is the level of personal attention and time they extend to their customers. How many obscure deadlines would I have missed had it not been for personal calls and emails reminding me in detail about what needed to be done and when? While handling one's own insurance feels like a right of passage into adulthood, Tamara makes me feel like my mom is still holding my hand through it all, making sure that I'm always covered under the best plan for my needs, and helping me jump through all of the hoops it takes to get there. I haven't been to the mall in weeks and already have almost all of their fall and winter clothes purchased. They proactively found a bunch of bathing suits for next Spring & Summer marked down too.
