But my son insisted that I get my carpet cleaned and he found this great carpet cleaning company for me. I had never dealt with a carpet cleaning company ever and was skeptical that anyone could get my carpet looking clean. Again it was pretty b-a-d. My technician was David and I liked him immediately. He had a very genuine friendly personality, a great sense of humor and he was very knowledgeable. He also was very confident that he could get my carpet cleaned up which I still didn't think was possible! However he was true to his word and my carpet now looks much better/cleaner than I could have imagined it could!! I am very happy w/the result and also the fact that David did not attempt to upsell me at all. I will definitely use him again for future needs and will definitely highly recommend him to people I know! Who knew that I would have such a great experience w/my first professional carpet cleaning!!

She walked me through the process before scheduling me. From start to finish, he made the entire carpet cleaning process an absolute breeze. Jorge was on time, efficient, professional, and incredibly thorough. He even let me know as soon as he was on his way, which I really appreciated. Once he arrived, he took the time to walk me through the entire process and explain everything in detail. He also told me about the pet treatment and carpet protectant options, and after he explained the benefits, I definitely decided to add those services! The attention to detail was incredible, and the difference in my carpets is AMAZING. They look and feel brand new! I didn't know what to expect getting it cleaned. I have to admit that in the past, I have inquired with upholstery businesses about other sofas, but never followed through with cleaning because I thought it would be too pricey or not worth it. Shane and Bryan provide a service that is 100% worth every penny. The couch that I had them clean was dingy and had some dog hair and areas that you could tell needed cleaning. I thought it would take maybe an hour to clean, but Bryan spent probably about 3- 3.5hrs to clean my sofa making sure to get every square inch of it cleaned. I could not believe how much better it smelled and looked. You can tell that this company respects their customers and truly wants to provide the best service possible. Here is a photo of my sofa. Unfortunately I do not have before and after photos. Do not hesitate to work with Shane and Accountable, you will not regret it.
