He made sure everything installed was properly flush, parallel, level and looking beautiful. I'd told him my eyes are drawn to the details and I needed someone who's skilled with detailed work. He told me that he does very detailed work and makes sure everything is installed properly while looking great. He was very friendly, engaging and didn't mind a bit when I watched what he was doing. They did a good job trying to minimize the damage as much as possible. The damage that was made was promptly fixed. This is the third time we've had them come to the home. I'm writing a review for this particular service call since it was larger than the last service call (thermostat installs). Estimates are done via computer software, so you can expect consistency in pricing - they're not just making up numbers as they go along. Overall, I found them professional, knowledgeable, and reliable and would use them again. Electrical work isn't cheap - especially on Long Island - but I think we made out OK given the quality of the work and the amount of time they spent on the job.
