Once again, my appointment scheduled for 05/16/26 at 9am has been canceled due to the store being closed. This is especially concerning because, at the time of scheduling, I specifically confirmed twice whether the location would be open on Saturday. I was clearly assured that the store would be operating and that the appointment was confirmed without issue. After waiting for this appointment, I am now being informed that the next available option is after June 15 due to lack of availability in May. This is not an acceptable outcome, particularly given that this is not the first time this type of issue has occurred. As we have previously discussed, the reason I schedule appointments well in advance is to avoid exactly these kinds of disruptions. Unfortunately, despite prior conversations regarding these concerns, the same problems continue to happen repeatedly without improvement. Additionally, the cancellation list is not a practical solution for me. I maintain a full work schedule and cannot reasonably adjust my professional responsibilities around unpredictable last-minute openings. At this point, the repeated cancellations, misinformation regarding store availability, ongoing scheduling failures, and the resulting stress and loss of time have become extremely frustrating and unacceptable from a customer experience standpoint. Due to the ongoing inconvenience and repeated disruptions, I am formally requesting a refund or canceling my account with Milan Laser. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed seriously and addressed appropriately.

Although my hair is gone almost completely, it's so reassuring to know that the memberships here are forever for me to go whenever I want to or if I feel some regrowth. The vibes are super comfy in the office, the front desk staff is always really nice (shoutout to Majesta in the Fairless Hills office) and everything is so so clean. They even offer water, razors if you don't get a chance to shave before you come, aloe for after, deodorant, and so many other essentials in the room. If you're thinking about taking the plunge and getting laser, do it! It's so so so worth it and the time it's saved me from not having to shave/wax all the time is life changing. Also if you get Brazilian waxes, get the laser! It hurts less, lasts basically forever, and you'll be paying basically the same amount. I feel that it does a precise job and keeps the hairs out longer. I came in a bit after noon, and the place was empty which is great. The owner is the one who did my eyebrows, and she did a GREAT job. She was extremely thorough, evened out my naturally very uneven brows, and paid attention to detail. She did additional trimming and plucking, and she did not seem rushed like many other salons do. Although I had paid with a Groupon, she also offers loyalty cards for regular visits where you receive discounts on a regular basis. I will definitely be going back here. Lois is very knowledgeable about PCOS/hormonal imbalances. She even mailed professional journal articles to me prior to our first meeting so that I could get more information on what was happening to me...and most importantly, how we could work together to solve the problem of unwanted hair.
