The vibes are super comfy in the office, the front desk staff is always really nice (shoutout to Majesta in the Fairless Hills office) and everything is so so clean. They even offer water, razors if you don't get a chance to shave before you come, aloe for after, deodorant, and so many other essentials in the room. If you're thinking about taking the plunge and getting laser, do it! It's so so so worth it and the time it's saved me from not having to shave/wax all the time is life changing. Also if you get Brazilian waxes, get the laser! It hurts less, lasts basically forever, and you'll be paying basically the same amount. Once again, my appointment scheduled for 05/16/26 at 9am has been canceled due to the store being closed. This is especially concerning because, at the time of scheduling, I specifically confirmed twice whether the location would be open on Saturday. I was clearly assured that the store would be operating and that the appointment was confirmed without issue. After waiting for this appointment, I am now being informed that the next available option is after June 15 due to lack of availability in May. This is not an acceptable outcome, particularly given that this is not the first time this type of issue has occurred. As we have previously discussed, the reason I schedule appointments well in advance is to avoid exactly these kinds of disruptions. Unfortunately, despite prior conversations regarding these concerns, the same problems continue to happen repeatedly without improvement. Additionally, the cancellation list is not a practical solution for me. I maintain a full work schedule and cannot reasonably adjust my professional responsibilities around unpredictable last-minute openings. At this point, the repeated cancellations, misinformation regarding store availability, ongoing scheduling failures, and the resulting stress and loss of time have become extremely frustrating and unacceptable from a customer experience standpoint. Due to the ongoing inconvenience and repeated disruptions, I am formally requesting a refund or canceling my account with Milan Laser. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed seriously and addressed appropriately.

Plus Dr. Lori is great to chat with so it makes it go fast :) Now they have actually moved to a beautiful new location on State Street in Newtown, makes for an even better experience! Next I moved on to trying botox injections with Dr. Lori and I am absolutely obsessed. I had wrinkles on my forehead that absolutely drove me crazy. Dr. Lori was great about giving me enough to smooth out the creases and look great without overdoing it and keeping it natural looking. I will definitely be getting these again once they wear off. The pricing here is great too! The newest thing that I have tried at Refresh Wellness is their 12 week weight loss program with Shawn. I was told that on average, participants lose 25 lbs -which to be honest when I first heard it all I could think of was - bullshit. Howeverrrr, I'm only 2 weeks in but I'm inclined to believe it's the real deal! Shawn outlines what you should be eating and how you can change your lifestyle to lose weight and keep it off. I have to admit that I have tried every diet under the sun in the past two years as well as all kinds of crazy exercise regimens that have had zero impact on my weight loss efforts. I followed Shawn's directions and as promised, the weight has been melting off. Thus far I have lost 8 lbs total (4 lbs per week!) and I have been so crazy at work and traveling across the country every week for work that I haven't had time to workout. This diet is the easiest thing I've ever done and the weight is coming off. I urge anyone who is having a hard time losing weight to try this - it has honestly made such a difference to me and I am so grateful to Shawn and Lori! :)

The results of the laser hair removal were noticeable after just the first treatment! I could not believe how much less I needed to shave. I wish I did this when I was 18! The staff also make sure to fully explain the treatments and continuously check to ensure a customer is not uncomfortable (the treatments can be a bit painful- but so so so worth it!)

It turns out they've been employing the infamous TikTok personality "Celebritea Blinds," aka Amanda T.P. as their marketing director. This is the woman who has been spreading harmful and offensive rumors about people of color for years, especially targeting Nicki Minaj and other POC for her own monetary gain. I can't, in good conscience, support a business that gives this kind of behavior a platform. So, while I've enjoyed my treatments here, I'll be taking my business elsewhere based on the morals of RMA. It's a shame because I was genuinely happy with my results, but I just can't ignore the bigger picture, and wrong is wrong. The woman who performed my facial, who I was told is the owner named Kim, made the entire process feel unpleasant. Her hands were rude, and her touches were harsh and unprofessional--nasty, really. In my opinion, she should not be offering any cosmetology or esthetician services. I've had facials at other locations, but I didn't even know an experience could be this bad. The place itself also felt dirty, which only added to the negative impression. Additionally, the robe they gave me to wear looked old and well-used, and I wasn't sure if it had been washed between clients. The cloths they used to remove creams were rough on my face--like old, worn towels. It was an overall very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. There are plenty of other options nearby that offer much better services. Posh is definitely one to avoid. A nasty experience all around.
