If anyone is considering Botox or injections of any kind, I highly suggest Ideal Image. I have been there twice so far and recently became a member which drastically cuts the cost of Botox to $8.90 a unit AND you get a free service. I plan on using mine for a skin tightening treatment in the future. The people who work there are so nice and knowledgeable. Sheila, who works the front desk is like a movie star. She has a sweet southern accent and is so personable and fun. She immediately makes people feel comfortable with her warmth. The first time I went, the nurse who administered the Botox and juviderm lip injection was Kaitlin (apologies if I spelled her name wrong). She was very good and explained everything as she was doing it. The second time I went, I had Brooklyn and she explained everything too. I barely felt the needle! Want to waste thousands of dollars, get no results, and get treated like garbage? Ideal Image is for you! I spent $3,500 for Cool Sculpting treatment for my stomach and saw no improvement at all. I left a detailed review on Google, and "the owner" replied with the typical, generic "we're so sorry, please call us so we can assist" response. I spoke with a customer service representative who was of no help to me. She couldn't offer me a partial refund or additional sessions. After multiple calls, she pawned me off to someone else who might be able to "do more," which wouldn't be hard because she has done nothing for me at this point. The next person I spoke with was rude, condescending, and completely dismissive of my concerns. It was like they were doing a favor talking to me. They claimed to speak to a clinician about why I did not get results from my treatment. Their feedback was "we sold you eight Cool Sculpting cycles, but you need eight more to see results." I got no results from eight cycles, but buying another eight will work for me? The commission must be great here to knowingly lie to their clients like this. I asked why was this not disclosed up front if I needed more sessions to see results. Of course, they couldn't answer this. Eventually they told me the best they could do was add two more cycles to my account. I was disgusted at this point, but I figured this was better than nothing. But they never added the cycles to my account so I couldn't schedule my sessions. I followed up numerous times with both customer service people, and I continually reach their voicemail. Either they knowingly lied to me to get me off the phone, or they're too incompetent to add the sessions to my account as promised. I'll never step foot in this dump again, and I hope every prospective client reading this books services elsewhere. By the way - they must pay for the 5 star reviews on Google. Do not go to Ideal Image! They will charge you for stuff you don't use, refuse to refund your money. You'll pay A LOT for a service, then there's no availability for appointments, and they say your treatment time ran out. But then be willing to book you at an extra, very high cost!! VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE! I have called Ideal Images for laser hair removal consult and by the end of the conversation they end up scheduling me for the services. Later I decided against it and canceled the appointment. Turns out you are not allowed to cancel services with them because when you schedule your appointment you enter into legal agreement with them (they conveniently forgot to mention it during initial conversation). They will start calling you demanding payment, making you to agree on other services, and harassing you into paying for services they never provided. I don't remember the last time I faced such an unpleasant business model that only concerns about extorting your money and willing to push you for services you are not comfortable with, simply to make their money. I went to this business just to get rid of frown lines between my eyes.For a consultation it was fast to book a appointment.I realize now this is what happens when you are a potential new customer. The staff is very nice.The office is nice.Your taken back to talk to a woman about what you want.All I wanted was the frown lines smoothed out.I had already been ripped off by another dermatology office that took more pictures than actual services.And they never would give me a itemized receipt for services and I constantly asked for them.I saw a pop up ad for Ideal image.So I figured by what they advertised it would be a good place .In hindsight I realized that basically they are doing their job by getting you to believe what they promote.I never thought of having my cheekbones done .Or rather as they call it sculpture to define your face.I specifically said I didn't want a fuller face.I was assured that wouldn't happen.And than they throw in they are having a special if you book.A free service if you buy their package.All I went for was to have my frown lines done between my eye's.Next thing I know after listening to by now it's two woman.One who does the selling and one who looks at your face and just agrees with her.Since she is the one who actually does the procedure.My only concern was I had eye surgery and was worried that any injection would affect that.I even called multiple times about that and was reassured it would not.By the time they got done selling their services They provided I believed everything they said.In hindsight I admit I was gullible and trusted every word they said.After paying them thousand's of dollar's I still have the frown lines.The pain in my lopsided cheeks is still there after almost a month .My neck area they said would tighten looks exactly The same.And what i didn't want was a fuller face! So, i just had to cancel my appointment at ideal image in langhorne pa, which i was only booked as a "touch up", im giving well over 48 hours notice, and for the record, it is extremely hard to reschedule appointments through the app when your time is restricted and need certain days and times. Anyways the receptionist answered the phone, and i expressed i needed to reschedule my appointment, to which she took my information and looked at what i was scheduled for, my appointment was scheduled as a "touch up", and when i mean touch up it takes longer to undress and dress then to actually do the procedure. She asked if i had a specific time in mind to which i said yes, only had wednesday and weekend available. Now, i wouldnt have minded if i was offered a future time 4-6 weeks from now, but that IS NOT an option that they provide for touch ups! So she said when a time is available, she could call me to schedule, but can only book a week out. Um, that wont work considering i work full time and cant drop what i am doing to answer the phone. So i said cancel the appointment and i will find other accommodations. Lots of options. read more

I am blown away by the lack of customer service at this company. The staff here is very kind and pleasant but that doesn't change the fact that this company completely lacks with customer care. I have been calling and emailing this location for MONTHS. Trying to get refunded for services(lip filler syringes) I will not be using due to being unhappy and upset with the services I did use. My lips got completely messed up and it made me so insecure. They finally created a case with customer service for me and said they would call me within 72 hours to fix the issue. It's been WEEKS. Every time I call the customer service line it tells me the wait time is greater than 10 minutes and then I end up waiting for hours before I eventually give up. Every time I call this location the very kind receptionist apologizes and tells me she will let her boss know so she can get in contact with customer service to call me. Still nothing. I am so tired of calling. I am not an aggressive or mean person, I've tried being stern but kind, however this is exhausting. I've spoken to my lawyer and I don't want to take legal action because it's such a hassle and I already feel so drained and defeated. I never thought I'd be treated like such an afterthought from a company this large. I am not a loss. I have friends and family that I originally sent to ideal image when I first started going. I so regret it and they have all refused to go back after hearing of this situation. All I want is a refund for a service that I didn't even use. The company wouldn't even be losing money technically because they can just sell the syringes to another client. I don't know what to do going forward. But I would urge people to not spend their money with this company. Definitely go for a smaller medical spa. They're a little more expensive but the care you get makes it so worth it. I got cool-sculpting done at ideal image and they are an awful company. From the time of my "virtual consultation" things went wrong. The person who did the consultation was not a nurse or a medical professional of any kind. She put me down for all of these areas and barely even took one look at me to determine how many sessions I would need. She told me I would only need one session, which ended up not being true. She actually made me sign a financial contract and forgot to mention that it was in fact a contract that I would not be able to get out of. I did change my mind about getting cool-sculpting done due to financial troubles and I was told by the first customer service person I spoke with that they would be able to cancel the contract no problem. So I go on living my life, and one day I get a letter in the mail saying I still owe over 3,500 dollars to Ideal Image. I called customer service again and it took me a month of calling several times a week to actually get a hold of someone. When I finally got someone they told me that I actually cannot get out of the contract no matter what and that there was nothing they could do for me. I asked to speak with a supervisor and the woman told me she would call me back. Of course she did not call me back, so I had to call them several times again. They finally told me there was nothing they could do so I had to get the cool-sculpting done. When I finally go, they have written all of the wrong information down and signed me up for the wrong areas to be cool-sculpted. I was able to tell them that I wanted my back done. I have a large tattoo on my back that is over 4 years old, which I had indicated that I had on my medical information paperwork. They said that it would not be a problem since the tattoo is old. Apparently their machines don't work when you have a large tattoo. So I could not get that area done and that was the whole reason why I wanted cool sculpting in the first place. The nurse that told me this was so nonchalant about it and said "we might not be able to do that area, we'll just have to try again and see if it works." If I would have known this I would have not even gotten cool sculpting done at all. This was such a waste of money. I really wish that the woman who did my "consultation" would have told me I was signing a contract in which I would be financially in debt to Ideal Image. Also, cool-sculpting does not really work if you only get one treatment done, so you have to spend a lot of money for this service to actually work. Ideal Image contacted my company Exacto Spanish Interpreters LLC on 2/16/19 for services of a Spanish Interpreter for 2 new consultations. We sent in an interpreter which we thought was amazing that they cared so much to provide them with such a service to ensure everything was understood. The staff was great from the moment you walk in super friendly, new everyone by name, ready to make everyone feel comfortable and made sure all their needs were met. I went in for the Black Friday week special for Botox. They were offering $8.95 a unit which was a great price and I was just looking to have my 11's taken care of. I had my consultation and given that the price was so reasonable, I elected to have my crows feet injected. My appointment was 11/21/18 and I can tell you as of today, 12/18/18, there has been NO change. I have had Botox before - at least a half dozen times and I know what changes I should have seen within just a few days and there has been NO change at all. I think either the nurse doesn't know what she's doing or I wasn't injected with Botox at all but maybe just saline. I'm highly disappointed and out $400 and all for nothing. They were so friendly at the beginning. I went in for my 5th treatment to have my Brazilian area completely burn. I had purple blotches down there. I called to talk to someone to see what else I can be doing and no one got back to me until two days later. In which she had a little bit of an attitude. She was like you should be putting on blah blah and I am like what is that. No mentioned of come in to see how extensive the damage is or we are going to provide you with a cream or gel to help. She only said we are going to lower the laser beam for the next treatment, do you have any other questions. Really unhappy with my experience. I went here for lip filler and my first syringe too much was placed in the center of my top lip. I asked them to hide my Cupid's bow which she informed me she couldn't bc it was so prominent she still injected most in that area. So, being unhappy with my results, I decided to get another syringe to fill out the sides of my lips requesting a different practitioner this time. But they gave me the same practitioner! Called to make appointment and get pricing. They would not provide prices over the phone. Stated it depends on your hair, etc. Have had laser hair removal before and all legitimate places will tell you prices up front. Have 2 daughters and lots of friends and coworkers that also have had these procedures. All places in NJ will quote prices in advance based on body part, lower leg or bikini line, etc. They wouldn't even give me a ball Park figure. Not willing to drive 90 minutes round trip from NJ to PA just to get their price list. And why are they not permitted in NJ? Possibly because they don't have an MD doing the procedure? They have nurses; NJ requires doctors only. Going back to the dermatologist I went to last time. Seems safer from the reviews that I've read about on the web, and again the doctor's office gave price right up front, no contract needed, no 9 visit nonsense at thousands of dollars from what the radio DJ's have said as well as customers that went for consults. Beware of this company's pricing strategy! When I called to make an appointment for laser hair removal, they would not tell me how much it costs, claiming it varies from person to person. I told them if they couldn't give me a range, I wouldn't come in. I was then quoted a price that was comparable to other places ($200-400 for one of the areas I was looking to have treated. What she didn't disclose was that for that price, I would come in for a half-hour sales pitch ("free consultation") where I would be told it takes 9 sessions to remove hair (I've had hair removal in other places and it has never taken anywhere close to 9 sessions) and would have to buy a 9-session package for thousands of dollars. Oh but luckily, they have interest-free financing so I could pay $300 a month for 3yrs! I asked if I could pay for just one session and was told I could but wouldn't get any of the 'discounts', and the price without the discounts was exorbitant. There are so many options for laser hair removal out there. Skip this place for a place that's upfront about their pricing, priced in line with the market and has good reviews. read more

I was told by the person doing my consultation that I would not be charged if I did not have the procedure done, they CAN'T do that. I then received a larger than expected tuition bill and decided it would be fiscally irresponsible for me to do this at time so I called to cancel my appointment 3 weeks in advance. I was then told that there was some kind of 'special procedure' that needed to be done to cancel. I was then asked if I received my statement yet! Statement??! When I went in for my lip/chin/neck consultation, I had not treated the area for approximately 6 weeks (their recommendation) so that the consultant could see where the problem areas are to ensure I was buying the appropriate package for my needs. What I discovered after paying them what felt like a ridiculous amount of money is that treatment area and thoroughness is dependent on the technician you get, which is unpredictable since the technicians float to various Ideal Image locations. At first, treatments were great and very thorough because I had the same technician. Twice I have had to go back in after getting in my car to see numerous hairs remaining on my neck under the chin area. The staff was very accommodating and took me right back in to tend to it. The two techs this happened with put me on the table, shone their giant bright light on me, and saw the hairs and commented they don't know how they missed them. Well, I don't either, but I'm certainly glad one of us did. They were very nice about it, but this is frustrating considering how incredibly expensive the treatment is and you only get "x" number of treatments. After my last treatment, I got home and on both sides of my neck under my chin I saw several long, black hairs that were missed. From now on, I will be going into the restroom post-treatment PRIOR to leaving the facility to check for misses. Bottom line: if you get a good technician, results will be satisfying. Laser hair removal was something I have always wanted to do. From the moment I heard about it, it sounded great. A few treatments and I wouldn't have to shave ever again? Where do I sign up? One day, while I was listening to Pandora, a 50% off commercial came on about Ideal Image in Langhorne PA. It said "click on the banner to set up your free laser hair consolation." I clicked on the banner and searched the website for a little and decided "hey it's 50% off and a free consolation. Why not?". My sister was having great success with her treatments at a different salon so I knew laser hair worked. I emailed the company and was immediately called and emailed about 4 times. I thought it was a little odd to be bombarding someone so quickly and frequently but I let it go as diligent workers. I had my appointment on August 15th and walked into a lovely center and clean atmosphere. I was told the location just opened and that I was one of the first people in. I was taken back to an examine room where my technician, whose name I forget, went over the process and how many treatments I would need. She was very friendly and informative. She then took me into a private office to go over the financials. Before I was given any of the prices, she had me fill out pages of paperwork and did not really explain what they were for. After I had done the paperwork, she pulled out the pricing sheet and said, in addition to the 50%, they were always offering another area for free. I was shocked! One area for half the price and another for free! I thought to myself "I definitely getting laser hair removal". Well, that was until she starting talking about payment plans. She informed me that they have a no interest loan that was available to me for 12, 24, or 36 months. She then showed me the prices. The treatment I would be receiving, which was 50%, would be $3,600. Now being a recent college student, I don't have the money for this. My sister, who is receiving laser hair removal, only paid $800. So needless to say I was shocked when 50% off was still an insane amount of money. I replied that I would have to think it over since I have very high student loans and car payments. Her very sweet and informative manner turned into a cold and annoyed manner. She stated that the deal was only good for that day and that if I came back I wouldn't be able to receive the free extra area. Since I didn't really care about the free extra area, I said it was ok and that I didn't come in for that anyway. I asked her if I could take the paper home with the pricing on it so that I could go over my finances and see if MAYBE I could do it. She replied with a very stiff no because the prices change. She then asked what my hesitation was and I said "The price is something I need to think over and it would be helpful if they put the prices on the website that people knew what they were getting themselves into before making an appointment." Not happy with what I had to say, she responded that because everyone wants different things, the prices aren't all the same. I totally understand that, but they could give a round about starting range. She then continued to pressure me and asked again why I wouldn't commit. I told her that I had not expected it to be this expensive and with car loans, insurance, and student loans, it wasn't something I could do. She then assumed, in a very rude manner, that most people could pay the $100 a month and not have to worry about it. Once she said that, I was done. To assume that someone wouldn't miss $100 a month is extremely rude and obnoxious. I'm not rolling in money and I actually WOULD miss $100 a month. I understand laser hair is expensive and an investment. I was going to treat myself to it since I had my first real job after college and was finally able to afford it. However, once I heard how expensive this particular salon was, I couldn't make that commitment. For the technician to become rude and dismissive because I was unable to pay for it was very unprofessional and wrong that I would never want to go back there. Well its been 1.5 days since my 1st laser treatment. After 2 years of dealing with the hair growing on my chin, I decided on Ideal Image after hearing about it on multiple radio stations. I went in on Thursday afternoon for the consul with Safiya and whats offered for my skin type, Im a chocolate girl so I decided to go for it that day. Being that I'm a browner skin it is difficult to find treatment that works for us and our hair type being that is coarser than others. My tech was Alexy, who was the sweetest gal ever, and the fact that it was close to the end of day I received no attitude for her or any of the ladies in the facility. My treatment only took 5 minutes, it was shocking literally! but worth it. I came home that night cleansed my face with the products they gave me, the cleanser is creamy but once off, my face became extremely dry (dont like that) but the marine creme is awesome definitely a fan. On friday I received a check up call from Alexy to make sure I;m okay, which I am. Thanks Alexy!!! Now, yes the treatment is way expensive alot more than I thought but when it comes to me getting something done for myself and improving my physical appearance I definitely for it and I review all my options, both financially and health wise. Stay far away from this place. This place is one big scam and they don't care about their customers at all. All they care about is making money. I received laser hair removal on my underarms and bikini area, and after paying an arm and a leg for it, not only did it not work like that stated, but they "forgot" to tell me that I only had two years to pay off my plan. And since I was not aware that only had two years, I was charged an extra $1200 fee. I've never missed a payment and each time I've always payed more than the minimum amount. Yet I still got charged with this ridiculous fee. It's an awful company. They make the monthly payments low and don't inform their customers so that their customers aren't able to pay it off in two years and so they are able to charge them.
