Once again, my appointment scheduled for 05/16/26 at 9am has been canceled due to the store being closed. This is especially concerning because, at the time of scheduling, I specifically confirmed twice whether the location would be open on Saturday. I was clearly assured that the store would be operating and that the appointment was confirmed without issue. After waiting for this appointment, I am now being informed that the next available option is after June 15 due to lack of availability in May. This is not an acceptable outcome, particularly given that this is not the first time this type of issue has occurred. As we have previously discussed, the reason I schedule appointments well in advance is to avoid exactly these kinds of disruptions. Unfortunately, despite prior conversations regarding these concerns, the same problems continue to happen repeatedly without improvement. Additionally, the cancellation list is not a practical solution for me. I maintain a full work schedule and cannot reasonably adjust my professional responsibilities around unpredictable last-minute openings. At this point, the repeated cancellations, misinformation regarding store availability, ongoing scheduling failures, and the resulting stress and loss of time have become extremely frustrating and unacceptable from a customer experience standpoint. Due to the ongoing inconvenience and repeated disruptions, I am formally requesting a refund or canceling my account with Milan Laser. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed seriously and addressed appropriately.

I felt very relaxed heading out to my car and should really partake in massages more often. The reason for the two star deduction - I bought a groupon for the sixty minute massage and at checkout also purchased a gift of one, two massages at $110.00 or so total, not bad. When I went to the receptionist after the massage and wanted to set up my second massage they said the gift can not be used for yourself. It honestly felt like they were rushing me out the door and weren't even interested in securing repeat business. The receptionist went on to say it reads limit one per customer.....hey I am not going to argue my way into a massage that I already paid for not worth the stress espescially after a massage but right on the fine print it reads, "Can only be redeemed by yourself. Well, which is it... a gift to be used for someone else or to be redeemed/used by youself? The place missed out on $55.00 either way as I already received my partial credit back from groupon and will not be returning. If you come here I am sure you may have a nice massage but why bother giving them your business when the owner was right behind the receptionist and didn't say two words during this entire transaction. Paulette and Adriana were so very helpful and accommodating and I was able to get my full set of eyelashes in no time. They were kind and I had the best customer experience ever. This is the woman who has been spreading harmful and offensive rumors about people of color for years, especially targeting Nicki Minaj and other POC for her own monetary gain. I can't, in good conscience, support a business that gives this kind of behavior a platform. It's a shame because I was genuinely happy with my results, but I just can't ignore the bigger picture, and wrong is wrong. Yesterday I received a phone call 2 hours before my appointment and was asked to come in earlier since "the aesthetician's clients cancelled due to Covid, and she doesn't really want to stay until 6:15pm." I was in utter disbelief by that statement! If my appointment is at 6:15, I expect to be treated at that time, but I guess it was more important for the aesthetician to leave early.
