I do shop at Vons here and there . Great flower selection and not expensive . They sometimes have good deals on Fridays . Look out for those . Great customer service and lines move fast at this location. They sell pre prepped food ! They have a great bakery . Unbaked pizzas and unbaked pastas are great for dinner. Love the French rolls here as well.

    A few of my favs.

Love this location. Well laid out & stocked. Good sales, too. They have one of the best local bakeries and a solid liquor selection.

Nov 2023 - Ready Made Sandwiches & Salads found at the Deli

Located on Victoria Ave & Wooley Rd in the Seabridge Marketplace. Plenty of free parking. Parking is shared with multiple restaurants & shops. They offer curbside pickup at this Vons location. I frequent this Vons for a quick Starbucks run. But lately it's been a tad busy in the mornings. (Note: it's a limited menu @ this Starbs. So they might not offer all of your faves. Also, No Mobile Ordering available here either). I do like picking up some groceries early in the AM since it's less busy than later on in the day. I usually swing by to grab a quick lunch omw to work. They have salads & sandwiches near the Deli. The deli is located on the left side of the store and offers both hot & cold food. Earlier today, I found out they offer breakfast burritos here now too. (It's near the deli, where you would find the Rotisserie chickens). Smaller salad options are found at the fresh produce section on the opposite side (right side) of the store.

Vons has what I need. Parking lot is always full though. There were three open cashiers which I hardly see anymore which was great.

Great that they're open late even though their meat, deli, and bakery counters may be closed. They still sell meat, baked goods, and food though. Just no worker at the counter. Pharmacy was also closed but it was late almost closing time. It is great there is drive up and pick up, as well as handicap parking. Lots of parking in the plaza so no worries about that. They did a great job thinking about accessibility as their cash register line also has an accessible aisle for wheel chairs with more space in between. There are multiple shopping cart returns throughout the parking lot. Their wine and alcohol aisles just got upgraded! They now have a wine cellar. Looks super nice. Great variety. The fresh produce Is super fresh and always organized. Great deals on the meats however, their seafood is not great quality in my opinion. It is awesome the Starbucks inside opens late and early as well! For any late night work grinds or early morning coffees. They also have a public restroom at the front of the store turning left near the deli and hot foods section. During the day they have a worker at the flower counter helping with bouquets and gifts. Great service!

The produce appeared to be better quality than I have seen previous weeks at Aldi and Walmart Neighborhood Market. I picked up several items to make a chicken stew and the prices seemed comparable to those other mentioned stores. A bag of carrots was $1.99. Russet potatoes were $0.99/lb. Yellow onions $0.99/lb. Fresh bunch of Italian Parsley $0.99. Chicken legs were $2.29/lbs. Then I decided to check out the fresh breads made in store. I picked up 2 Artisan Sourdough loaves that were still warm and steamy in the bag for $1.99 each. Some things were obviously more expensive even with an advertised member price like Tillamook zero sugar smoked sausages that I love. I just picked up the small package at Target on sale for $4.99. Vons wanted $5.99. Since it was about 8:30am on a Saturday, there were only a handful of customers here when I was and no one in line; so I was checked out quickly. Nice shopping experience and I will have to come back again at a time when I don't want to be bothered with large crowds.

There were a married couple who owned the place I believe who were friendly and nice to customers based on what I saw. The guy, probably thought I was a weirdo because I was browsing the store for a while without buying anything. The woman at the deli took my order. I ordered 2 sandwiches that looked interesting from the pictures and so I decided to order the mama and the Tony sandwich. Honestly, it was alright. It needed more flavor, but at least the food was decent. Deli meats not my thing. Maybe I should have gotten a burger instead. Otherwise, wait time to receive food was short, maybe 10 minutes or less. I ordered an essential water while I was at it. I signed up for some rewards program there after ordering. Drinks abundant but overall, I thought the food itself was alright. Service was better than the food. Quantity was massive though and price was sort of higher than I thought it would be given the value of the food. For $40 for two sandwiches, I wish I got chips with it or some other side like a fruit plate or salad would be complementary for brownie points. The sandwiches however, better than jersey mikes and probably healthier too. Subway is worse than both, I still believe the sandwiches at the deli in Greenberg is impossible to beat in Vegas. So yeah, this place is not on Greenberg level at New York New York in Vegas. The ambiance near the beach is spectacular, weather and no crime is absolutely stunning features. Open late with good times everyday is a bonus point. The Japanese place next door is really good too.

Whats neat about this farmers market is that it's actually local! Most of the goods are from Oxnard and not a random town thats hours away like other markets. This farmers market is a pretty good size with so many vendors ranging from produce, home goods, frozen foods, clothing and ready made and to go food stalls. This market really has everything and is highlighting some of the best local small businesses in the 805. Saw many familiar faces but also some new booths that I was able to support. Bought fruit and pastries for days (dangerous) because everything looked so good. Prices seemed reasonable enough to be. You are buying straight from the vendor so you cut out the middle men. I love the cooked ready to eat food options at this market. My local one only has a tamale guy but here they had that and another 10 vendors of ready to grab bites. I definitely snuck away with some pupusas and a refreshing strawberry lemonade. Now one of my favorite farmers markets - you'll catch me here much more often. Happy Sunday yall.

In the time I was shopping around they had plenty of staff working, floors being mopped and all of the aisles were well organized and pretty. This market is a pretty standard Asian goods focused grocery store. I found about 85% of what I wanted here. I wish they had a premium sushi section and some more Hawaiian imported goods (aside from juices and sauces) but otherwise I was able to find everything I was looking for. Their hot bar is also solid. A wide selection of items to pick and I felt the pricing was reasonable. Actually throughout the whole store the prices are good compared to other grocery stores right now. I had a full bag of items for $50, good luck elsewhere getting those kinds of prices. I didn't have too much of an interaction with the staff while there, but again, lots of people working and keeping this spot in tip top shape. Also the woman working the register who checked me out was very nice. A great supermarket and I'll definitely be back more often now since checking them out.

I occasionally shop here for speciality asian items that I couldn't find at Island Pacific. Prices are a bit steeper here. Service is decent here, for both the food court and supermarket.
