Surprisingly, its easy to get to, even if the parking lot of cramped with cars, more often than not. :( HA. The seafood is my go-to, and is always fresh and flavorful. I love the bakery in the back of the store, and am proud to say I am the #1 of their bagels. It's open-spaced and the aisles are very large. I usually observe a lot of employees on the floor, which is always a plus IMO if I have a quick question. About 95% of my visits the service is also pretty quick and succinct. I'm in here weekly... great location-close to home... my last review was not good as I was pretty upset about my grocery bag falling apart and tumbled my items all over the place... cheap thin paper bags with no handles but today??? Yay! They have acquired the thicker Pavillions paper bags with handles and while yesterday they did not have them? Today they did! I shop at this Vons every morning mostly because their bakery department has FRESHY baked goods and I love fresh bread and rolls. I also buy some of their ready-meals. Today, I also got $60 in cash when doing the self-checkout. But being a tired old man, I forgot to grab the cash after bagging my groceries. On my way back to my car, I heard behind me in the distance, someone yelling "sir!" which I assumed was for someone else. I finally turned around and she came to me with the cash I withdrew. She was the manager. Name began with an M (from her name tag). It's a great store, really nice checkout workers, and the manager is very helpful. The pickup service was really good for a period of time and now it's horrible. Not just this store but the one on Ventura Rd too. They need more workers based on the heavy increase in orders. The last two times I ordered for pickup the orders were delayed so I just canceled them. It's a bit ridiculous. Something needs to be done to get the service back like it was. read more

Ok Vons, keep your employees away from the Pokemon machine when they are on duty. This is BS. They figure out the algorithm and sell it to people and give it to their friends completely preventing actual customers who actually spend money in your store from having a turn. Then when a regular person gets lucky enough to get something out of machine, multiple employees, such as today at about 6 PM get in line behind a customer so they can have a turn. Aren't they supposed to be working? Aren't they supposed to be on duty helping customers and doing their job? Nope they got in line behind my spouse so they could have a turn. Once again, taking away from regular customers. I'm so sick of all the scams that you're allowing your employees to run when it comes to this Pokemon machine. They watch when people get lucky and they swarm up behind them or tell their friends or significant others when the machine is due to release something and have their friends or significant others stand in line for them. I was standing in line once, and the two people in front of me I was making conversation with them and they told me they were so-and-so's girlfriend and cousin, and they were there to get stuff for him. The pharmacist and technician here are working under expired licenses and refusing to refill my prescriptions after my doctor releases them. Changing their story and rules depending how far the stick up their butts are that day. Below is their information showing it expired in march and this incident that occurred was just a few weeks ago. I was told by the manager that the pharmacy manager was to get in touch with me and still I have not gotten a call back from them. I've moved pharmacy's to a different Vons after this incident and am taking it up with the board of pharmacy as well. read more

I do shop at Vons here and there . Great flower selection and not expensive . They sometimes have good deals on Fridays . Look out for those . Great customer service and lines move fast at this location. They sell pre prepped food ! They have a great bakery . Unbaked pizzas and unbaked pastas are great for dinner. Bad customer service. The lady at the self check out money wants to see Mexican receipts to see if we paid for everything and paid for bags. She is horrible and when you question her on it she talks so loud like she wants to ague about it. She will not help you when the lights are flashing but when you're ready to walk out of your brown she is going to stop you and look at your receipt. The paper bags are so bad they rip before you can make it in your home why don't they double bad them like a Ralph's do. So sad that she is this way they need anew front end person asap. I frequent this Vons for a quick Starbucks run. But lately it's been a tad busy in the mornings. (Note: it's a limited menu @ this Starbs. So they might not offer all of your faves. Also, No Mobile Ordering available here either). I do like picking up some groceries early in the AM since it's less busy than later on in the day. I usually swing by to grab a quick lunch omw to work. They have salads & sandwiches near the Deli. The deli is located on the left side of the store and offers both hot & cold food. Earlier today, I found out they offer breakfast burritos here now too. (It's near the deli, where you would find the Rotisserie chickens). Smaller salad options are found at the fresh produce section on the opposite side (right side) of the store. read more

I pre ordered two days prior online for a 50 count fried chicked half regular fried and half hobanero fried chicken for a nevina on Dec 11, 2025. when my wife went to pick it up, they didn't have our order ready and said they can only give her what is in the display case. This is unsat! They had plenty of time and notice to be able to put this order together. Why have a online pre-order if you don't get what you ordered. I have been a customer of the vons at Seabridge since it opened. This is not the first time I have had an issue with the deli there. read more

Before Christmas I attempted to purchase a Prime Rib roast w/ my Just-4-U coupon on the Von's website: The website claimed all of the small 2-4 bone roasts were out-of-stock. When I called the store, I was told that there were plenty of the smaller roasts. I was offered to purchase a large roast, and the manager would substitute a small roast & refund the difference. I decided to go in person to pick up the roast, as the night manager was able to verify that the coupon had been clipped. When I went in to purchase my coupon would not go through on my Von's club card (which I have had for over 35 years). I could not remember the phone number on the account (as I had moved), and the day manager (a woman) was extremely rude; told me to go home, log-in to my account and change the phone number then return. I left the store and all of the other items I needed behind. This woman is always rude and unhelpful. I contacted the corporate office, they had no idea why the online app only offered the the large roasts & not the small ones and told me that marketing should have the app fixed. After a week the online shopping prices had not been fixed So, I went to the Von's on Ventura Rd and the manager & supervisor there were extremely helpful and I purchased the roast for the just-4-u price. I'll not be shopping at the Victoria Von's again. read more

I have to say this particular Vons is so ridiculous I went to exchange a package of pizza dough we had purchased earlier in the day 12/31/25. that had turned partially brown not realizing there was a hole in the pouch, upon return the gentalmen in front of me inline held up the rest of us because the checker insisted he help him update his app on his phone and return the money he was charged, at this time the manager comes over told him to manually take off which was about 25.00 on a discount code. fine in not mad at that but when I got wrung up we realized I grabbed the wrong receipt for the 2.50 amount he hastled me stating next time he wasn't going to credit me and that I have to have my receipt for 2.50 compared to 25.00 and updating someones app dude you can have the 2.50 and not make the obvious ssooo obvious! and if I could I would not mark a star at all read more

This is the worst grocery store. Which is surprising, since it's in a nice area. The customer service is nonexistent or horrible. There's a Hispanic woman who works the self check out. I'm surprised she's still employed. She holds the bags like they are gold, you have to go looking for her . When you find her , she accuses you of literally stealing one 10 cent bag. It seems odd to review a grocery store, but I had to sing the praises of: (1) the cleanliness of the store; (2) the customer service and immediate fix to any issue (like the occasional failure of items that are on sale to ring up with the sale price); and (3) the spicy poke in the fish case. It's fantastic! They don't have it all the time, but when they do, YUM. The spicy guacamole is also pretty terrific, and thankfully they have that every day. read more

I usually like Vons and enjoy shopping at Vons for the fresh fruits and vegetables. This time I came to use the restroom but ended up getting few things here. They do have sale items in the back area if you are interested. Service was pretty quick, interestingly they need to have an associate to punch in the sale items on the self serve register which I find that annoying but nonetheless I really like Vons and will definitely return for my future shopping needs. read more

A clean well stocked store with fresh vegetables, great looking baked potatoes, and a large assortment of bakery goods. I only ran in for a cake and potatoes so didn't get to walk the aisles. What I needed I found quickly and easily. They had 3 registers open and only one or two in line. I was greeted in a very friendly manner, asked if I found everything I needed, and I was out in no time at all. This was first time in store as we were visiting the area. Kudos Vons. read more

Updating my review: I've stopped in here a number of times and have always been pleased by the selection, including this store having some types of fresh-baked cookies that other local Vons does not carry (like the giant snickerdoodle cookies). Have also found various Ben & Jerry flavors here that I could not find in other local Vons stores. It's always been clean and tidy when I've shopped here and staff has been polite and friendly. Never seen anyone suspicious or felt uncomfortable and I've almost always visited after dark. Good store. :) read more

Ordered delivery. They substituted many items to inferior ones. However, other products were not substituted and were not delivered. The notification of things out fo stock occurs AFTER the transaction can longer be cancelled. In fact, the notification of missing items occurred during the deliver time window. That the delivery was 50 minutes past the two hour window is another matter. read more

I had the pleasure of taking a quick run in this store and was shocked by the freshness of everything. The store was organized, well stocked and helpful staff. I laughed at how the jumbo Key West shrimp were cheaper here than they are at home four hours from the Keys. I bought some smoked salmon, grapes and Pellegrino water.
