But the negativity is back and running rampant. This morning we needed coffee. The cashier was so rude, really short, no smile and the box of coffee pods was $16 to boot! Word to the wise. Don't go in 30 minutes before the store is closing. They rudely yell it at you when you walk in. Vons is only another 6 minutes away.

Today I wanted to buy three bottles of wine since it was on "sale" the coupon on the wine read $5.99. When I tried to pay the price was regular price. I showed the store coupon they had placed on the shelf then he said that was a different wine. I said I wanted the wine that was on sale and he said they don't have any. The shelf was packed. The coupon matched the brand and name of the wine I wanted to buy so I was confused. When I asked to see the coupon he did not want to show it to me and instead kept it. I said I wanted to take a picture of it because I wanted to speak to the manager. He said "I'm the manager". No so good costumer service Youcef!

We walked the strawberry field and picked our own baskets, then we shopped all the fruit inside. They even offer larger wicker baskets for holding your items. They were busy, but still attentive and efficient. . For all four of us, all of our totals were $30 or less. This will definitely be a regular produce spot now that I've found them! It is very dirty and on top of that he scams you with the insane marked up prices. I brought my kids here to get icees. The machine rarely works but we went to see. There's never any sign so the only way to tell is to squirt a bit out. My kids got cups, and once noticing it was liquid threw the cups away. There was only about a quarter cup of icee in the cups. The owner proceeded to yell at them, call us thieves and said they were banned. I asked what they stole and he scolded them, saying he saw them throw away cups on the cameras. I apologized but then explained it was because the icee was just liquid (no sign saying it wasn't working either) and once they noticed, they threw away the cups in the trash. There was only about a 1/4 cup (if not less) of liquid in both cups that had been thrown away. They didn't put the cups back because they had liquid/residue in them and it would have just dumped on top of the other cups and an unsuspecting customer would get a dirty cup. I asked what we would possibly get out of throwing cups away but he wouldn't listen. He proceeded to yell and scold them when they said they didn't steal anything and he screamed that they were never allowed back. We walked out in the middle of the owner's tantrum because the conversation was clearly not going anywhere. I've spent lots of money at this place over the years, on gas and food despite its jacked up prices and the owners terrible customer service prior to this experience. Not to mention how dirty and unsanitary the place is. This final experience was the nail in the coffin and I will never return. I encourage others to not give them their business either. This has been posted online so that others know what kind of person runs the establishment.
