That is unheard of! How much did I pay for this? Nada. In addition- I would say I am very familiar with what determines a good PM company. I work in real estate for a living and my company also manages properties both in CA and out of state markets. Additionally, my husband and I have multiple properties and have been working with PM companies for the past 8 years. I know what I'm talking about when I say I've seen the good, the bad and the ugly. I almost sold my beautiful investment home in Cordova out of fear I couldn't recover from my previous TERRIBLE property management company, and I'm so thankful that MidSouth came in and saved the day. I responded to their original email for an updated address to where it should be sent on August 5th. That's 2 weeks of complete and total incompetence. With every fiber of my being I would not recommend setting foot in a unit "managed" by these lackadaisical, sloth employees.
