OOPS. The only way they would receive money is by wire transfer. 1st red flag. They send an invoice for the wire transfer. Then they sent the wire transfer info for Wells Fargo. I checked out the Wells Fargo address. Doesn't exist. 2nd red flag. Then I called Wells Fargo with the number they sent. Number is disconnected. 3rd red flag. I called Wells Fargo about the wire transfer account and it has a swift code which sends money outside of US. 4th red flag. Their so called warehouse is in Rockford Illinois. Called the number for the manager there. The number was in Wisconsin. No answer 5th red flag. I called again about the bad wire number and address, was sent to accounting and they could not verify wire transfer number again. 6th red flag. Told them I would only use credit card. They refused transaction because they know I can get my money back if they are fake scammers. 7th red flag. These people are fake scammers. They can't even prove they are in US. Their own staff documented "caps has come off, small acid leakage, lid is lifted" in handwriting on their claim form. Their own test showed 156 CCA capacity loss. Despite all this, owner Jimmy Lipps personally denied warranty by phone, claiming exposed cell caps with leaking acid are acceptable on a battery marketed as "Sealed Ultimate AGM." Vehicle would not start within an hour of leaving the store. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

Upon arrival they were working on the cart desperately trying to get it running. He presented this cart to me as used & good condition. I waited 2 hours as they changed multiple parts & did not get it running. I simply said I was not interested in the cart at this point & if he'd just refund my deposit I would just walk away. He absolutely refused to refund my deposit. It's Jagoff's like this individual that keeps ppl from trusting online transactions. Do not do business with him & absolutely DO NOT give a deposit for anything. There is really no way of forcing a refund without going to court. I'm in Atlanta, just Not feasible.
