They kept me updated with texts and when to expect my technician. It took Aleksei (our tech) about 10 minutes to pull dryer apart, diagnose problems and offer a fair estimate. The work took about 35 minutes and he had all necessary parts. He also cleaned out dryer from top to bottom. My dryer has NEVER sounded so quiet and smooth. Aleksei was friendly, worked efficiently and left our home clean. I would definitely call them again for any urgent needs.

Then when he went and quoted me an additional $445 for parts and labor. I asked if it was worth fixing, the leaking refrigerator he assured me it was worth fixing. A few days later had the same issue that refrigerator was leaking. I called and spoke to Victor who advise that it was probably the computer or memory board do not remember. He then advised it was not fixable but not before collecting $625.00 and leaving me with a broken refrigerator.
