This is a woman friendly store ladies, Lol I was here looking for wipers for my truck. They have a machine that you enter the cars information and it tells you the size you need. Not trusting the machine, lol. I asked for assistance, and a worker came and double-checked things for me. I appreciate that he entertained my doubts. I got to ask him some other questions, and he gave me clear answers. I felt confident in my purchase, thanks to him. After I paid for the wipers to my surprise and luck, He installed the wipers for me. That was good customer service. The shop is located near Washington St. You can find free street parking right in front of the shop. A small shopping center is right next door with more parking options.

Battery failed catastrophically in 21 months with visible cell venting and acid leakage. Their own staff documented "caps has come off, small acid leakage, lid is lifted" in handwriting on their claim form. Their own test showed 156 CCA capacity loss. Despite all this, owner Jimmy Lipps personally denied warranty by phone, claiming exposed cell caps with leaking acid are acceptable on a battery marketed as "Sealed Ultimate AGM." Vehicle would not start within an hour of leaving the store. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

Refused to include promised 22 gauge appropriate extension cord and substituted it with old, filthy, burnt inappropriate cord. Accepted credit card for deposit but then refused to take credit card for balance. Nothing in writing states deposit is not refundable. Which he then claimed was the policy.... We used his services for Juno starting a dead battery and he came over within 15 minutes of us calling and Jump started in less than 2 mins all while explaining everything he was doing. We decided to get our battery replaced with him and again, he was extremely helpful.
