They assured me they had my battery it was in stock and that I could pick it up. So I drove an hour to their location, only to have them tell me they didn't have the battery I needed, and desperately try to upsell me to a much more expensive battery. Completely rude about it, wouldn't explain why they didn't have the battery that they showed me they had. Never apologized, and when I told him I thought it was BS, guy acted like he was going to get aggressive with me. I repeated that it was BS, and the idiot backed down. I recommend this place if you want to get jerked around.

Their own staff documented "caps has come off, small acid leakage, lid is lifted" in handwriting on their claim form. Their own test showed 156 CCA capacity loss. Despite all this, owner Jimmy Lipps personally denied warranty by phone, claiming exposed cell caps with leaking acid are acceptable on a battery marketed as "Sealed Ultimate AGM." Vehicle would not start within an hour of leaving the store. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

The best deal I found was at Prime Golf Cars at 7100 Military Trail N in Riviera Beach, 160 miles away. We made the drive. David Paige, the owner, could not have been nicer. He was upbeat, friendly, and knowledgeable. We bought the cart from him and have had it for 3 years now, with no trouble at all. Dave gave us a free 90 day warranty, but we didn't need it, the cart was and is perfect. Now, after 3 years, we needed new batteries, (which is standard after 3 years) and a brake adjustment. I rented a trailer from uhaul, put the cart on it, and trailered it the 160 miles each way to Riviera Beach. Again, David Paige could not have been nicer, more patient, or more helpful. He did the required work over night. The cart was ready the next day and in perfect order, at a price, far better than any other cart dealership near me. Most importantly, David is HONEST. He does not try to push you into more than you need. He is a decent, professional, reputable business man. In addition, he is a very kind hearted soul, caring for and feeding a large number of stray cats in his dealership. We give David Paige and Prime Golf Cars of Riviera Beach, our highest 5 star recommendation. If you are looking for a new or used golf cart or ebike, and are looking for someone who will treat you fairly, it is worth the trip. Towing a golf cart is not a big deal. I rented a 5 x 9 open trailer from UHaul for just $24.95 a day and towed it easily with my little 2019 Chevy Cruze passenger car. It was no problem at all, and I towed it a total distance of 320 miles (160 miles each way. Nothing could be easier. Prime Golf Cars is worth the trip. Knowing that Dave is honest, competent, fair, and friendly, he is worth the trip from anywhere. He returns phone calls immediately and provides excellent communication. Upon arrival they were working on the cart desperately trying to get it running. He presented this cart to me as used & good condition. I waited 2 hours as they changed multiple parts & did not get it running. I simply said I was not interested in the cart at this point & if he'd just refund my deposit I would just walk away. He absolutely refused to refund my deposit. It's Jagoff's like this individual that keeps ppl from trusting online transactions. Do not do business with him & absolutely DO NOT give a deposit for anything. There is really no way of forcing a refund without going to court. I'm in Atlanta, just Not feasible. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this company…read more A few months ago, I was walking in my neighborhood and noticed a house with a solar system installed. I knocked on their door and asked who installed their system and what they thought of it. They had no idea who installed because it was already there when they bought the home. They added that it was not working so they hired GC Solar & Electric to fix it. They were extremely pleased with their work and highly recommended them to me, gave me their contact information. I checked out the company's website, and their ratings and reviews at other sites. They were all stellar! So, I contacted the company to get a quote. My home has clay tiles, and I have a detached garage with shingles. Previous solar companies I had gotten quotes from had stated they didn't install systems on clay tiles, but said the garage would be perfect. Horacio, the Director of Operations at GC Solar, came out to review the site and agreed that a shingle roof was an easier option for solar installation than clay, but clay would still be possible. The garage has limited roof area, so it was questionable if there was enough space for an adequate number of solar panels to meet our power needs. After careful measuring and inspection of the garage's electrical setup by Horacio and his technical team, they concluded we should be good to go. I chatted with Horacio further to get some information about the company. He said they are in it for the long term and are committed to ensuring customers have an ultimate experience. They use US made components and panels, and the system is designed so if there's an issue with one panel, it doesn't affect the others. He came across as very honest and sincere, which is rare based on my many years dealing with salesmen. When I received the quote, I was pleased to see the amount meant the system would pay for itself in about 7 years, and likely sooner since power rates go up just about every year. Genesis, the company's electrical engineer, designed the system and submitted it to the county for approval. Once it was approved, the team installed the framework for holding the panels and the prewiring. This passed county inspection without any issues, which in my experience is an achievement because county inspectors can be really ruthless/nitpicky. Once the inspection passed, the team completed the installation and a final county inspection was done. It also passed without any issues. I was impressed! The only thing left was to alert the power company for them to install a two way meter so it can record power credits from the solar system, as well as usage of the grid. Once the new meter was installed, the team came out to activate the system and ensure everything was working optimally. Horacio walked me through the Enphase mobile app so I can monitor the system going forward. All in all, the whole project was without any problems at all. The company was excellent in their communication as I was kept informed through the entire process. I would highly recommend them to everyone. They are an exceptionally well run operation and really know what they are doing.
