I appreciated how she would ask them for input for song selection as well as offering classics. It was common to hear them practice songs from pop culture like Super Mario Brothers as well as songs from famous pianist. Luiza would work extra hard to take any song they requested and transpose it to something that was at their level. The piano is now a part of my son's identity. He loves it! He loves playing it! He loves finding other people to play with! Luiza has made a huge impact on their life, and for that I am grateful.

Hoffman only offered a " partial " refund, making me pay $100 for the shipping. $100 to receive and return a defective item. I would never do business like this or with Hoffman again. There were two employees at the front counter when we came in. They didn't look up, didn't great us. I had just found one of my items. Then I had questions about trying to find The proper springs for my Hoffner B-Bass guitar. At that time, the only person around was at the front desk. He knew absolutely nothing about bass guitar strings-or Hoffners. And when he didn't know the answer, he told me that "Any of the strings would work"! This was completely unacceptable!
