I appreciated how she would ask them for input for song selection as well as offering classics. It was common to hear them practice songs from pop culture like Super Mario Brothers as well as songs from famous pianist. Luiza would work extra hard to take any song they requested and transpose it to something that was at their level. The piano is now a part of my son's identity. He loves it! He loves playing it! He loves finding other people to play with! Luiza has made a huge impact on their life, and for that I am grateful.

One was having a personal conversation with two men at the front counter. The other was just sitting there. Myself and my husband were walking around the store looking for the product. The entire time the workers were carrying on their personal conversation. I found the product and went to the front counter to pay. I stood there and both men still carried on their personal conversation as if I wasn't there. I finally said "can I pay for this?" He turned and looked at me like I was bothering him. The only thing missing was an eye roll. He never stopped having his personal conversation while I paid. If this is your service I will never go back to your store for any of my needs.

Chris is always calm, patient and makes the kids feel at ease. My daughter doesn't like practicing - and when I sit with her to practice she asks to stop the lessons, but then when she goes to class at Chris' house - she is happy, and comes back excited to tell me all about what she has learned. I had taken piano lessons as a child and HATED it - seeing my daughter learn with Chris makes me wish I had a teacher that was as caring as Chris is.
