There is a lot of clothes and a lot of racks and a lot to choose from. Yes prices are high because it's a boutique, but for the sake of convenience, it's worth it to me. Sometimes I don't have time to order online and wait for it to get delivered. Plus, it gives me an opportunity to try things on, I can order similar or the same items later online for less if I have time to wait. They carry a lot of name brands that department stores and boutiques sell and they have quite a selection. So if you need to find something but don't have all day to bounce around you will probably find it here. They also have tons of shoes and sandals and flip-flops and stuff to choose from. If you went in there and said you needed something specific chances are the staff will find it or something close to it. They know where everything is in the store and they have a lot of stock in the back. Plus they have all the accessories you can imagine if you need to accessorize your outfit. It's worth a look, give yourself a few hours to shop there.

Luis approached me asking what size I was looking for and guided me to their selection and left me to have a look. After trying a couple pairs, I figured I might try a size smaller. He saw me looking around, pointed me in the right direction and pulled a couple different brands to help me find the right fit. He took time to educate me on proper fit, brought me other boots to try, and offered to put them back for me. I felt no pressure, he respected my space, and was a huge help. The service was amazing I was asked by a few different people and the employee that helped me was Jazmine if I remember correctly! The huge selection of work boots was pretty decent but they didn't have my size in stock but it was all good I just hit up the other location and got what I needed but clothing wise they had a huge selection of shirts pants belts and jackets both for work and western wear! They also had a good hat selection and accessories! The value is pretty standard across all boot barns! I'll definitely be back again since I get all my boots both for work and going out at boot barn and they always seem to last me and are comfortable and haven't had any issues with any of the boots I've got but like they say you get what you pay for! They have women's wear, home goods, small gifts and child's clothing. As I mentioned above they usually carry some cute clothing with logos of the cities around these parts. I missed out on getting a La Quinta shirt last time I was here and regretted it because it was so cute. When I came in today they had Palm Springs shirts and logos which are a perfect gift or just fun / casual to wear around if you are a local. This store is extra special as they support local artists and vendors. I bought a lovely candle today in this shop and it's from My Mijo Co which is local to the desert. Due to them being a small boutique and supporting local the items they sell here aren't necessarily "cheap" but well worth it in my opinion and again, they make the perfect gift and it's so much more unique and fun to find items where then some big retailer. You definitely get what you pay for and I'm happy to keep supporting them. The staff that work in here are very nice and welcoming. Always good vibes and sweet people. Her demeanor was unfriendly from the start no greeting, no smile, and she looked me over with a slight frown. When I asked about the Arrata brand, she told me they no longer carry it, then directed me to the back area and said the items there were 50% off and that I could check the rack in case something was there. After spending about ten minutes searching, I found an item. At that point she changed her story and said the price on the tag was not 50% off and that it was full price. This was completely different from what she originally told me. My family and I have shopped here before, so this experience was disappointing and unprofessional. I came specifically to purchase a Mother's Day gift, and the lack of courtesy, clarity, and consistency made the visit unnecessarily frustrating. She blew it Lulu, we will never come back and we will pass the word along. Be nice to everyone afterall we keep the rent paid.

It was just a simple calculation in my head because of the El Paseo location and it being not too far from the all-out MAGA Patriot Store. The 'pretty things inside' sidewalk sign caught my attention today and I ventured in with the lowest of expectations. Turns out, my assumptions were way off; the shop has a beautiful aesthetic with thoughtfully curated clothing that captures the L.A. cool vibe that I remember well when I lived there. The clothes are priced appropriately for their quality, to be sure. They are not expensive per se, but you are getting top notch quality for the money. A sweatshirt may be $200 bucks but it is likely the softest one you'll ever own. I loved how the clothes had such a luxe, soft touch to them. There were some summery white clothes that were chic but I don't know how you could wear underwear underneath them that doesn't show, but that's not my concern. I was greeted when I walked in, checked on while shopping in a friendly way, and not stalked which I also appreciated. I ventured upstairs to the home goods department (I think she said) and found lots of mystical items and books that I was fascinated with. I don't hold any beliefs on tarot, astrology and the like, but I found this display charming and I picked up a few 'starter kits' just for fun. Checkout was pleasant and my purchases were wrapped in tissue and placed in a lovely bag. After my visit I scanned through some of the Yelp reviews and was surprised to see someone complaining about the customer service or that they had to ask for a bag or whatever. And that they didn't know you could only exchange for a store credit - Girl, there is a sign right there next to the payment machine.
