The staff in the store are generally quite friendly and not overly pushy tending to find out what you want and finding or tailoring a package / quote to suit your needs rather than just try to sell the highest contract or most expensive phone. They have a decent enough range of mobile phones. The store is easy to get to and find. The only downside is that they are limited to their own packages and phones and so there are some phones and services that are not available and the prices aren't always as competitive as the independent retailers who aren't tied to a telecoms provider.

They have been happy to charge my phone when I lost power whilst out, were extreemly helpful when I was looking to change my contract and the staff are not the usual pushy, in your face types that you can find in some phone shops.
