Got 'advisor' who couldn't advise as I wanted the shop! Extremely frustrating and maybe a deal breaker as they say! Still have my 7 days to change my mind!! The staff in the store are generally quite friendly and not overly pushy tending to find out what you want and finding or tailoring a package / quote to suit your needs rather than just try to sell the highest contract or most expensive phone. They have a decent enough range of mobile phones. The store is easy to get to and find. The only downside is that they are limited to their own packages and phones and so there are some phones and services that are not available and the prices aren't always as competitive as the independent retailers who aren't tied to a telecoms provider.
