T-Mobile Europe is a totally separate company and couldn't help me unlock my phone (despite the fact that it was supposed to already *be* unlocked) so I was basically FUBAR. The folks at Vodafone, however, got me logged into the T-Mobile support to request an unlock. They not only helped but helped happily. I'm still waiting for T-Mobile to do their thing but I'm ready to go with a SIM card and a plan once they get it straightened out.

I always get an impression that due to the fact that this shop is in a little bit smaller city than Amsterdam staff has more time for the customer and they are more attentive. I passed by few weeks back to ask about the exchange of my mcbook air plug from us to European one and I was assured that it was not a problem. When I came back with the plug..there was another person from staff at the desk and told me that it was not possible to exchange for different plug - one star got deducted from my review this way.....
