What a cool shop it is. You are greeted by the door by one person of the staff and they are always very helpful. I always get an impression that due to the fact that this shop is in a little bit smaller city than Amsterdam staff has more time for the customer and they are more attentive. I passed by few weeks back to ask about the exchange of my mcbook air plug from us to European one and I was assured that it was not a problem. When I came back with the plug..there was another person from staff at the desk and told me that it was not possible to exchange for different plug - one star got deducted from my review this way..... read more

This is a nice alternative to going to the always busy and very big Apple Store in Amsterdam. Not to say that this location isn't busy, but it's nowhere near as big and therefore it's actually easier to find what you're looking for. You can wander around and test the different products, or just approach on the the apple staff and get the ball rolling with whatever you need. If you need to visit the Genius Bar for any kind of problem, it's a good idea to make an appointment online ahead of time. Then just check in with a staff member when you arrive at your appointment time and someone from the Genius Bar will help you out. The Apple Store also provides workshops on how to use certain programs, and even a workshop for older people on how to use their computer. So don't be surprised if you visit the store and there's a lesson going on - you can even sign up on the Apple Store Haarlem's website yourself! read more
