My friend also went in to purchase a very expensive prada phone, she asked a lot of questions regarding the phone which most of them could not be answered satisfactorily. Instead of apparently using any sales skills or banter they let us walk out the door without purchasing a thing, while we had every intent on purchasing a phone, we will not use the carphone warehouse again as I believe in that particular branch, the shop is not maintained and the staff seem unhelpful.

Like most chain stores i would not resommend going into this shop at the weekend as usually it is mostly filled by people eyeing up the latest handsets that are available (another good thing about Orange). To be honest i mostly use this store for minor quieries like handset problems or more top up credit. Upstairs they have a wide range of song books and other music books and games consoles like Playstation, Nintendo Wii and Xbox and all the games for them. Personally I think Virgin have the slight edge on HMV in terms of having the cheaper prices for cds and the like. They also do some good deals with games consoles and I bought my Nintendo Wii from here last Christmas when they had them on special offer and it came with a few bundled games, all at a good price.
