Or that phone you found in that club last night and didn't want to hand in cos it's better than yours....sorry, paranoia coming in again. Although I take the mickey, these places are godsends if your beloved phone IS poorly, and they can generally diagnose and cure on the spot or within the day. I refuse to leave my phone overnight though because, well, I'm not stupid....

I took the iPod to a reputable repair shop for a second opinion to find that not only had the screen been repaired to an average standard, but the board had been replaced with a dud and inside the iPod was lots of sticky tape! Do not touch the Dog-N-Bone with a barge pole!
