The service is friendly, although we went in to price up a dongle so that we could access the internet in our flat and the guy behind the counter seemed very irate and unapproachable, needless to say, we bought one elsewhere!

On the whole despite being boring this place was actually a good find as they provide a high quality of service at more than reasonable prices. The staff here were knowledgeable as well as being friendly and this really left me feeling as though I was a valued customer and that they genuinely cared about my consumer needs. The store is small but well organised and you can tell as soon as you enter that this place is going to be well run and such is the case.

They are quite pushy, even if you just want to browse the phones and plans they have on offer. Yet if you go in specifically to see an advisor you have to wait as they are either having a conversation with each other, or they make themselves look busy even though the shop is empty. I wouldn't recommend going here even if you intend to go with the 3 network. Carphone warehouse is much better, or even their online store.

The store sells a wide range of phones and has price plans to suit every budget. They were certainly the cheapest when I was looking. The only slight problem is that the 3 network reception is not as strong as some of the others and so my phone can sometimes lose reception when other peoples don't. Other than this though I got a great bargain and a really nice new Nokia phone. The store also stocks accessories for phones and they sometimes do offers where if you introduce a friend you get money off your bill. This is worth asking about.

This is a nice Currys store, located on the upper level of The Trafford Centre, it stocks a good…read morerange of electronics from TVs, to printers, from laptops to various other household appliances, while the store isn't as large as their Warehouse style stores in out of town retail parks, the selection is still ample for a mall location, showcasing some of the on-trend and main items they sell. The store is rather modern and easy to follow, and the staff members seem friendly enough but not overly intrusive, which I like, as it sometimes feels difficult to walk through a Currys store without being bothered by half a dozen employees. 4* - A good selection of electronics and a nice addition to the Trafford Centre. The selection is limited though compared to larger Currys store, and with it being a mall location, it lacks parking, making it harder to take home bigger and bulkier items straight away, so it is a nice store for convenience, but I much prefer their retail park locations.

Like most chain stores i would not resommend going into this shop at the weekend as usually it is mostly filled by people eyeing up the latest handsets that are available (another good thing about Orange). To be honest i mostly use this store for minor quieries like handset problems or more top up credit. Recently i got my contract phone renewed and after talking to the guy after five mins he did confess that checking their website might be a better plan for me as they have more deals on there and this was ona quiet day, just shows it isnt always about commision just customer service at times

The overall vibe of the store is heavily promoting 5G especially after the launch of the iPhone 12, I've been pleased with 5G on EE, reaching speeds up to 300 MBPS in Manchester, just outside Piccadilly Station. The staff in this store are friendly enough and can answer basic questions. Is this branch needed? Considering the two larger branches nearby and it is only a store representing a mobile phone network I doubt it, especially considering Vodafone and 3 only have one store, and O2 have two, but this is a good store nonetheless, even though I do prefer the other branches for their superior size, layout or comfort. 3*

From the outside, the store did look nice, and they had a good number of staff in the store, the staff, in particular, seemed okay but high staffing levels with OK staff isn't bad at all. They did have some unique aspects of the store including a Samsung wall, which I did like but this confused me - Why is there an area for Samsung, who have their own store nearby in the city centre when other Three branches I've visited don't tend to have this, and nothing for Apple for example? As an Apple lover, I was disappointed. This is the larger and arguably nicer and newer branch of Three in the city too, compared to their Church Street branch which coincidentally is also right next to an O2 store too. Pretty average store, A-OK in most areas to warrant a three-star rating while not being overly impressive, as with the network I did find the Three signal to be much worse in Liverpool compared to back home in Manchester, getting really slow 4G speeds!

While I do prefer the features offered in O2's nearby store, in comparison to this one, this isn't a bad alternative, as an EE customer for around 18 months now, I have been rather pleased with the network and their signal offering around Manchester and the rest of the country. The store is the typical EE layout, but with it being a larger store, it feels more spacious and comfortable, which I prefer as sometimes EE stores can feel a little cramped. The staff seem friendly enough and they are able to answer basic questions. I like how the EE website has an option to reserve an appointment if you wish to speak to someone, this is such a useful feature which strangely, not many similar stores offer. Most services offered by the store are online, and I do find it easier to obtain information regarding new contracts and deals online, this store is still nice to have if you prefer the personal touch. 4*
