It took several days to get an X-ray for a potential broken leg. When I called the office for more support, all they tell Me is that they can send a nurse, all while my parent was in agonizing pain. After being treated for a bad UTI, TrustBridge calls me at 1 am and says they have a bed and she should stay there instead of hospital. TrustBridge took her and told me they would give her the "same treatment as hospital". That was a lie. She was not given an antibiotic or an IV. They would've let her die. Do not use this company under any circumstances!!!! They will not provide proper care.

The VITAS Team really gave our family amazing support through a very emotionally time from early Home Hospice Care to final Facility Hospice Care located at Rockledge, FL. Events, health fairs and professionally in several facilities including rehabs and assisted living. I used them personally for my father. I can't thank them enough. Jackie Bailey was one of my Dad's nurses. She called me and told me to come immediately. I was able to hold my Dads hand as he transitioned. Without her help and the Wuesthoff Hospice Team, my Dad's passing would have been such a different story. I will forever hold that team in my heart.
