I called in an appointment for an acrylic fill. When I arrived they offered to do a pedicure, so I said okay. Pedicure was lovely and the artist who painted them was very nice, but the toe guards are reused. If you have an ick with using something that's touched other people's feet, don't recommend getting your toes done. For my nails I asked for a short almond, I work in the food industry so they have to be short and I try to keep the shape the same as my natural nail. I gave a reference picture. I explained that the previous salon I had been to would be thin with acrylic on the sides so they'd chip and fall off and the paint wasn't nice. So she said she would be thorough. She made sure my nails were thicker on the sides, I appreciate that. But then when she was shaping them and shaving them down she cut me twice. And she didn't paint them completely. She said the design was testing her. $110 and I'm a little frustrated...

I loved going to this place as long as I sat in my favorite nail techs chair. But over the weekend I saw something that I did not like. The owner, Nina and her husband, were very rude to staff while customers were there. They have been picking on the staff constantly AND the owners husband HIT one of the staff members child that was there. The child was no older than 3 or 4. I could not believe it. I will NOT continue to support them as long as they are there. read more

owner caters to regular clients. I was there for 3 hours in which nail was great. However because owner only do regular people she gives you to new nail techs and instructs them what to do including picking color. Well my nails are the color and picture I showed her. I also got a regular pedi and because the tech ask me color i wanted and I have to say perfect. However per her (owner) worker said she's the boss" well it's the wrong color and don't match my toes. While applying the pink powder I ask are you going to lighten this up? The owner begins to answer me across the room and proceeds to speak in their language loudly. I then left after feeling embarrassed. Two women approached me outside and said "the owner is wrong " she owes you an apology. Not once did the owner apologize at all period. read more

I went with my sister and mom. Everything was great from the service to the vibes until I got my nail tech. He was an extremely crotchety older man who yelled and fussed at his fellow coworkers and the owner. He made the entire experience uncomfortable. His only redeeming quality is that my pedicure came out nice. read more

There are 3 nail techs- a middle aged gentleman, a middle aged lady and what appears to be a younger male (Nathan), who I prefer. I have been going for about 1 year and I am usually able to get a pedicure with less than a 15-20 minute wait. Today I was with the older gentleman and to the other reviewers- he is more rough than the lady and Nathan. I was not pleased that he took short cuts as I ordered the pearl pkg and he was not thorough didn't rinse soap off before applying paraffin wax; applied lotion with the wax on my feet and didn't swap out the wet towel under my feet for a dry one. My other point is that his nail painting skills suck. From now on I will stick with Nathan who does fabulous leg messages and preciseness with polish. The lady is pretty good as well. Stay away from the older guy!

RAVE: VN Nails Spa in Bryant. I use to get pedicures every fewmonths for years, however, I'd leave disappointed more times than not...until now! This was my first time at VN Nails and it was amazing! The nail specialists were two young males who took the time to make my friend and I feel special - not rushed, not a number, but genuinely cared for. I've frequented many of the nail salons in Benton and Bryant, and this one is the best! I was there over an hour, selected the organic pedicure and got an AMAZING foot massage - not the typical flimsy foot massage most places give so you leave quicker, freeing up a new chair for another paying customer - but a real foot massage! The owner is a sweet woman who saw me take a photo of the brochure, came over to encourage me to take it, while thanking me for coming. It always takes time to build a clientele and we all know that manicures and pedicures are a luxery service that are considered a "treat" because of the price...so if you are needing to be pampered, have aching feet and want pretty toes, try them. I absolutely love coming to VN nails. The staff are very nice. I never have an issue with any of the services I receive. I'm not very picky about who does my nails but they all have done my nails and I am satisfied everytime. I have been coming for a while now, since they opened and they always make my visit so pleasant! I always look forward to returning. They will always be who I recommend over and over again. I was in the salon earlier and witnessed a male who may be the owner threatening and screaming at a customer. The customer did absolutely nothing wrong and definitely wasn't causing a scene. Nina who owns the place never acts like this but she was also present during the ordeal at the end and did nothing to stop it.
