Absolutely awful experience. There were people sitting there while I waited 35 minutes for someone. Once the tech started he seemed upset that he had to do my nails and was really rough. I usually get a fill with gel polish. Once he argued with me in the shape and length of what I wanted my nails to be, he started putting gel on them without even giving me a fill! At this point I was irritated and thought "well at least I won't have to pay as much and can get them done elsewhere." But when I went to check out, they charged me even more than usual! I tried to tell him he didn't even do a fill and they responded that the extra money was for the filing and shaping of the nails! I then said "whatever, I'll pay just to leave and I will never be back here!" They never batted an eye. I left and will NEVER go back. They are the absolute worst! A friend of mine took me to sky nails a couple of times and I have not been disappointed. I've requested Sang every time due to his professionalism, kindness, and quality work for the best price!! My preferences were honored and he worked thoroughly to get me the end result I desired. This business is always extremely clean and it's atmosphere is relaxing. I recently recommended my sister to come here for our sisters bridal shower day this week and I cannot wait to go back. This place is a 12/10 in my book and I will always recommend others to come! Also, I did get my eyebrows waxed as well and I was extremely pleased. I wish I could remember the woman's name but I know I'll be back again for all the services they have to offer! My friend had her nails done here. Cute, medium length, coffin shape dip nails. She paid $50. I thought I'd try this place. I just got short, no shape, gel nails. I also paid $50. Which I thought was pretty high for what I got. They don't even look THAT good. Pretty upset I paid the same price as her even though she got way more. Pedicure was fine. I also asked for a gel polish change on my hands. Painted gel remover on nails and left on for 30 minutes which ruined my nails causing them the shrivel up then proceeded to file leaving nails so thin that they all broke and chipped within days. RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL Went in and my usual tech was busy. I then requested Richard however he only does dip. Long story short I was seated and once seated I realized my usual tech was almost done with her client and that point I asked if she could do my nails instead. She replied "You wanted a man to do your nails, so let a man do your nails." I was astonished, the owner spoke to her in their language. I dont know what was said but he and the rest of the staff were AFRAID of this woman and would NOT do my nails. If you must go to Sky nails dont make the ladies mad.
