There are 3 nail techs- a middle aged gentleman, a middle aged lady and what appears to be a younger male (Nathan), who I prefer. I have been going for about 1 year and I am usually able to get a pedicure with less than a 15-20 minute wait. Today I was with the older gentleman and to the other reviewers- he is more rough than the lady and Nathan. I was not pleased that he took short cuts as I ordered the pearl pkg and he was not thorough didn't rinse soap off before applying paraffin wax; applied lotion with the wax on my feet and didn't swap out the wet towel under my feet for a dry one. My other point is that his nail painting skills suck. From now on I will stick with Nathan who does fabulous leg messages and preciseness with polish. The lady is pretty good as well.
