They have been picking on the staff constantly AND the owners husband HIT one of the staff members child that was there. The child was no older than 3 or 4. I could not believe it. They started with him first (only two technicians) and had put his feet in some type of jelly. Then the same was done to mine. Not a problem except they never asked what type of pedicure we wanted and I had to ask how much. So the one who was doing my husband's feet (she did my hands earlier in the week) had given me the pamphlet and it was under the basic pedicures but the most expensive one. In addition, my husband tipped them 16 ($8 each) and when we were balancing our books she added an additional $4. Not sweating over the $4, BUT she had no right to add more money for their tip.
