After 5.5 hours and $350 + tip, my gray hairs in the front were still completely visible--the main reason I came in. When I brought it up, I was told I should have specifically asked for gray coverage, which should be part of a basic consultation or at minimum asking the client if this is something they want. I also had uneven, patchy highlights. I returned the next day for a fix, requested a different stylist, and was denied. They said the same person could fix it all they needed to do was tone it down a bit, and cover the greys The "correction" resulted in my hair being taken darker overall, with the highlights essentially gone. I paid for highlights and left with dark hair. They told me eventually it should lighten down but I'm not seeing any improvement it's still really dark. To make matters worse I also left with visible dye on my forehead something I wouldn't expect after paying this price at a salon. Very disappointing experience and not one I would recommend I honestly wanted to cry. I really would have expected a partial refund or a proper correction by a more experienced stylist.

This time, before the haircut even started, I simply asked to make the top a little shorter because my son is very active, has thick hair, and his head sweats a lot once the hair gets longer. Instead of responding professionally, he started arguing with me and even began telling me some strange story about how Arabs live in the desert and are fine with the heat. It was completely irrelevant and uncomfortable. When I repeated that I just wanted the top slightly shorter, he became visibly offended, started acting rude and annoyed, and made the whole experience unpleasant. Then, after I questioned why he was being disrespectful, I noticed I was overcharged an extra $15. Very unprofessional behavior, especially toward regular customers and while cutting a child's hair. After this experience, we won't be coming back.

Right from the beginning, I was greeted by a pleasant receptionist who was able to squeeze in a last minute appointment.
