I called Angelo's Towing and had the worst experience with their service agent. He was extremely…read morerude, his manner of speaking was aggressive, and he would NOT let me get a word in. He talked over me and was dismissive with my concerns. I was trying to locate my vehicles as it had been towed to the wrong location, which is what I was trying to explain. The service agent was very matter of fact and could really care less about what I had to say. I raised my voice to try to talk over him and asked that he let me speak and listen to what I had to say. His response was "Who are you yelling at", I proceeded to tell him that I was trying to explain my situation as I am trying to locate my vehicle and who my keys where given to". The service agent's response was "Good Luck finding your vehicle" and hung up on me. I hope the service calls are recorded and that the owners actually listen to the recording, so they are fully aware of the employee's response to customers concerns and service calls. I filed a complaint with AAA as it appears that they partner with Angelo's Towing for Roadside Assistance and my service request was sent to Angelo's Towing. I have never had any issues with Angelo's Towing until now. Worst service agent...perhaps he should NOT be dealing with the public! Too Bad I did not get his name but if the calls are recorded then the owners should be able to figure out who he is!

Absolutely unbelievable experience with Roadway Towing & Recovery. I was left stranded for nearly…read moreTWO HOURS through my roadside assistance program waiting for a tow truck that never came. After being repeatedly told help was on the way and that arrival would only be a few more minutes, they suddenly canceled the job after I had already waited 1 hour and 45 minutes. When I called, the first employee admitted they were "backed up." I asked the obvious question -- why wasn't I notified an hour earlier instead of being left sitting there wasting my entire afternoon? He said my manager made the decision to cancel you, would you like to speak to her"She kept me waiting on hold for quite sometime probably hoping I would hang up. That conversation was even worse! She talked over me, lacked all basic customer service skills and told me they "never took the tow job". Obviously this was a lie since my insurance company confirmed this business two hours earlier. She told me they were too busy and it would actually be another 2-3 hours. So instead of declining the call honestly from the beginning, they left a stranded customer sitting and waiting with no communication whatsoever. When I tried explaining how unacceptable and irresponsible that was, she actually LAUGHED, sarcastically told me to "have a nice day," and HUNG UP on me. If your company is too overwhelmed to handle roadside calls, then DON'T ACCEPT THEM. Leaving people stranded for hours and then laughing at them on the phone is beyond unprofessional. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
