Their reconstruction of the walls, cabinetry and floors was meticulous. And they were unfailingly polite and considerate of the house's inhabitants at all times. September is 6 days away and they still have not completed our repairs. My mortgage company sent a final check for $2100. They have called about that several times! Our insurance made us whole on the plumbing work, but fought us on restoring our basement back to its previous finished state. This is where Rapid Response came in.
