I got a shellac manicure and the manicurist clipped off all my cuticles to the point where it was slightly painful. I was satisfied with the colour and style of my nails and left satisfied. However, only two days later, my manicure began to chip (shellac manicures usually remain fully intact for at least a week). Disappointed, I returned and asked the salon to fix the manicure. They then proceeded to paint two of the chipped nails the wrong colour by accident, despite the fact that I told them the colour I had gotten done only two days before. Thankfully, they didn't charge me for the service, As of today, less than a week after the initial manicure, all of my nails are chipped and look worse than before I got them re-done. Despite the staff being very friendly, I won't be returning due to the poor quality of the manicure.

They are busy so an appointment is recommended. Upon entering, you're greeted by two huge fish tanks full of rufa fish. By dipping your feet into one of these tanks for 15 minutes before your pedicure, you essentially lose a good deal of dead skin. That's right, they eat it right off of you. I didn't try it this time but I'm curious and saw one brave soul squirm for the first 5 minutes of the procedure then she settled in with a magazine. My pedicure ($35) included a workout for my feet. Be prepared for a tough (lots of punching and slapping) foot and lower leg massage and a massaging chair. In and out in a half hour, it was worth the price and I'd go back.

I had booked the night before online (which is super easy!) and was overjoyed to see that their opening hours included Sunday! I was greeted by the receptionist who offered me a few choices for beverages and waited for Joseé - my technician. She was all smiles, very friendly while she lead me to the room for my waxing. "Make yourself comfortable and you can choose what you would like to watch on Netflix." This would eventually give a new meaning to "Netflix and chill" for me... The room was huge - exposed brick walls and bright recessed halogen lights with a spotless countertop for all the utensils. Joseé let me get ready and knocked before entering. She was an absolute gem! So very knowledgeable about the services the salon offers and more. I got so engrossed in our lively conversation that I wasn't even in the usual amount of pain after a normal treatment. She is also very thorough with her work and made sure I was 100% satisfied before I left (and I was - 110%). They offer an array of services like mani, pedi, lash and brow tinting and laser and the prices are really reasonable that I will absolutely go back!
