From the time I reached out to them to the time they had the security system up and running was less than 48 hours. They did a phenomenal job making sure everything was professionally installed with a clean look. Gordon played a big part in coordinating the CUI team to schedule everything for us. Bill gave a security assessment and quote and was able to easily explain everything required to meet our needs. Timothy and Tyler did a great job on the install and proving training on the operating systems for ease of access for all employees and Lisa in the office made setting up payments quick and easy. I am impressed by the efficiency in completing the scope of work we needed, especially on such short notice. He was in uniform with a complete toolkit and even though I did not need it, he brought an extra mounting assembly just in case. He takes all form of electronic payments which made it quite convenient to settle up with him via Venmo. Unlike other vendors I contacted, Tracy hauled away the old TV as part of his service.
