She walked me through the apartment afterwards and showed me everything that was done. I have never seen an apartment that clean before! The service was very affordable, but I think what helped is that I hadn't trashed the place (it was fairly clean to begin with and I had all my belongings moved out beforehand). I dropped off my laundry at 900 am on Saturday and the lady who took it was very nice and stated it would be done in just a couple of hours. I don't usually have much a about a load and a half. I have a few hang up shirts as well. She asked about any specific instructions and took my information. I was out doing other errands and goofing off and realized it was 2pm and had not heard anything back which was odd. It had been more than the states couple hours. I made my way back over and there was a different lady there. She said the other lady had gotten very busy and had not had a chance to call but my laundry was done. There was a lot of drop off there this time so absolutely reasonable. I could have called as well but I was not in a rush so no harm, no foul. So not a ding on them at all life happens. My laundry was done to my special requests and neatly folded. They did a great job. Prices were a little more than I usually pay but I don't mind for good service. They do have laundry supplies for drop off service but I had my own. The place in general is as clean as it can be it's a little older but looks like they do the best the can. He found the leak. Yelp, under the house. Yelp in the bathroom area. It was a toilet leak that was not flushing well and back flow was coming up around the wax ring. It had wet the floor and the floor about the toilet was not supportive to a new toilet. Did not fix it. But wanted to be paid $256! No fix and the assessment (which i had already told them!) was more than a new toilet. They charged for the 15-minute trip from their location to mine, and the 15 minute trip back to the shop and more than an hour at the location to not do anything, but say yea you have a leak. I had a bad experience before many years ago with this company and thought the Christian thing to do was forgive and give them another chance. Man that was an expensive decision! Call somebody else if you want your leak fixed!
