I dropped off my laundry at 900 am on Saturday and the lady who took it was very nice and stated it would be done in just a couple of hours. I don't usually have much a about a load and a half. I have a few hang up shirts as well. She asked about any specific instructions and took my information. I was out doing other errands and goofing off and realized it was 2pm and had not heard anything back which was odd. It had been more than the states couple hours. I made my way back over and there was a different lady there. She said the other lady had gotten very busy and had not had a chance to call but my laundry was done. There was a lot of drop off there this time so absolutely reasonable. I could have called as well but I was not in a rush so no harm, no foul. So not a ding on them at all life happens. My laundry was done to my special requests and neatly folded. They did a great job. Prices were a little more than I usually pay but I don't mind for good service. They do have laundry supplies for drop off service but I had my own. The place in general is as clean as it can be it's a little older but looks like they do the best the can. There is a food vending machine but it was out order not that used it just noticed it. I would recommend this place and would use it again. Thanks Laundry Basket staff good job! And thanks.

I have used them for the last 6-8 baskets of laundry and 30%+ of my folded shirts were clean, but completely wrinkled. So my silk shirt for a fancy night out had to be washed and dry cleaned after it was received covered in wrinkles. Overall good price, and prompt service, just not the kinda place you bring your work clothes if you work front of house or with customers.

When I spoke with the owner on how we can fix the problem, he refuse to listen or help in any kind of way. When I told him he was wrong, he called me an a&@ hole and a jack a$&!! When I shared the experience in a post on social media, so many people had negative encounters with this guy. I will never return to this place to give them my business.

On this occasion, I took in a pair of slacks to have a taper put on them, which the seamstress knows exactly how to do. The clerk was argumentative with me as to what a taper was, even though I told her the exact diameter I wanted at them hem. When asked if I wanted them re-hemmed, I told them I would do it. I was told it would be around $10. I did not receive a call letting me know my clothes were ready to pick up but stopped by a week later. When I asked what the total was, $23.54 which is over twice what I quoted because not only did they taper them, they cleaned them, and re-hemmed them and pressed them, which I appreciate, but could have done on my own. Will NOT be going back, and hope they actually see this as they lost a 4th generation customer.
