My husband paid him cash, and Wesley convinced him we owed him $90.00 more than our agreement. He was paid in cash the extra $90.00. The next day, I sent a message detailing the payments paid and agreed pricing and he agreed we had over paid him. He asked how we wanted to receive a refund.
